We operate a wholesale business where all of our customers are assigned a discount level off of our list price. Some customers also have customer specific prices on a few items that we have negotiated. This was a simple structure to manage in quickbooks using pricing rules but seems to be very complex to set up in acumatica. Wondering if anyone else has come up with a good way to make this work in acumatica.Our challenges:Utilizing Sales price worksheets we can set up a worksheet for each discount level using customer price classes. We can also set up a customer specific worksheet for the special pricing some customers receive. Both of these function perfectly. Our problem is that we add items on a daily basis and using the above method we will have to manually create a new price worksheet for every new item we create. Is there a way to remove the hyperlink from a column in a Dashboard Table.The Default Navigation is unchecked in the underlying GI but some columns still have active hyperlinks An example; we have a Dashboard with a table called “Canceled Retail Orders - Today”, this table shows any Retail order that was canceled for the current day, the columns in this table are Order Date, Last Modified On, Status, Order Nbr, Customer Order Nbr, Customer, Ship Via, and Last modified By. There are four columns that have active links, Order Nbr, Customer Order Nbr, which we want to have links, and Ship Via and Last Modified By which we don’t want to have active links. In the Generic Inquiry that feeds this table the Default Navigation box in the is unchecked for the Ship Via and Last Modified By but the data in these columns still show they are linked and if the user clicks on the data element, they are taken to the screen that shows the details for that column.As an example: If I click on any of the d

Hi, We need to update the Item Cost base on the FIFO cost method. Ex. Item A - 20 Qty with 10$ After add the Laded Cost Value for particular Item Cost, it would be 12$. Have there any possibility to update the Item cost manually? Since user already has completed the landed cost process without adding additional 2$.Now we need to update that additional 2$ to Item. Any idea what will happen to the custom fields or attributes and user defined fields if you upgrade Acumatica to any new version? will they be destroyed (I don’t think so) or you need to remapped them or nothing will happen to them they will stay functional as they were?

I know it's capable of doing like the below / attached images - the first was obtained from an online article and the other was created by an intern we had some time ago. Hi,I am trying to figure out a way to make cases that are being created by incoming emails automatically be assigned to to certain case classes based on rules. I only see how to assign them to different employees in the organization, not how to create a map for case classes. I appreciate the help!
We’re using the official Fedex and UPS carrier plugins to do our shipping, but neither seem to have the ability to add any extra information to the Label (and to Fedex). Is it possible to enable a reference field or any of the other default fields Fedex offers for their shipments? Currently only the tracking number and address information is on the label. This makes it very difficult to match up actual invoice charges from Fedex to the Invoice of the Sales Order/Shipment. Would this take a customization and is the code for the carrier plugins available anywhere? Didn’t find the repository on the github page. If not, is this something that the EasyPost integration will be able to do? And is EasyPost as cheap as they appear to be? From the website it looks like it is free for under 50000 labels a year..are there hidden fees that accumulate? If not, we may start using it just to get International Shipment working in Acumatica as easily as the carrier plugins work for domestic! Tha
