After upgraded to 23.110.0025 from 22R1, we have noticed that there is change when creating email activity from case (CR306000). In previous version, the default subject line would be "[Case #((Case.CaseCD))] (Case.Subject), now is “Summary:1”.We do have a lot of email templates associated with CR306000, but it looks like there is no default template associate with case email anymore, what is the reason behind this and is there a fix?Also, when replying to customer email, “Select template” action is now putting template content to bottom of the email, which is incorrect!
Version 22.109.0023, was trying to print Lead from report designer by using CRLead, but seems that OwnerID, OwnerID_Descirption are not loading owner data properly, so where I should read Owner field then?
Version: 21.106.0024We use “No Rounding” for rounding and “#,##0” as formatting to display whole dollar amount on the report and but need 2 decimal when export to Excel for analysis. This works fine in 20R1 version, but 21R1, only whole number got exported to Excel, seems formatting actually truncated the decimals.
