Some online services like Facebook and Amazon give users a choice, when clicking on their URLs contained within emails, of navigating to the pages in a browser or choosing to view them in their mobile app. Is there a way to accomplish this with Acumatica? We've configured notifications containing URLs providing quick and easy access to forms in Acumatica. For example, an email notifying someone that a subcontract awaits their approval contains a link to the subcontract in Acumatica. We would prefer, when a user clicks on such a link in an email on their mobile device, to be given the option to open it in the Acumatica app instead of the browser.
Just checking if anybody in the Community know bit more about AWS S3 - External file storage integration. Any guidance or insight how to select the best S3 storage for Medium/M Resource level of Acumatica, what specs we may be looking for? And what pitfalls to avoid. I did check with Acumatica support and there was not much help either, so asking the community if anybody has any insight on this topic.Thanks
Does anyone have experience connecting signature capture pads (Wacom, Topaz, or similar) to workstations and attaching the signatures to Acumatica transactions? I’ve been asked about collecting signatures from drivers picking up shipments. The drivers will be physically present to pick up the load.
Has anyone solved the issue of how to license their customization that is aimed at a specific vertical in order to retain control of their IP? We’ve been spending a lot of time working on our vertical specific dashboards, reports, and functionality during the last few months and now need to work on how to create a licensing process that will allow us to ‘turn off’ that functionality once a license expires. We saw an example at Summit but I’m wondering if anyone else has been working on this or has an efficient way of accomplishing this.
I have created a sales analysis query using sales analysis.My query showing Customers - products - qty sold and amount of sales.I am trying to make the report provide total per customer, I can see that when I collapse the customers but do not see the total when taking the report to excel, any one experience on solving this issue?
