Can anyone offer instructions on how to configure Acumatica (2020 R1) to give free shipping on orders over $500 on select Item Classes?
HIis there a way to have authorized items for certain customers meaning certain customers can only order these items how about restricting unit of measure etc..
Big Commerce is not giving me a new, clean Big Commerce sandbox so I can connect it to the Accumatica 2023 R2 Sandbox and test them in preparation of going live with the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade. I was told as a Big Commerce enterprize customer I will only get one sandbox. I have a Big Commerce Sandbox from the last time we upgraded our Acumatica. Big Commerce is saying I do not get a new, clean Sandbox for testing. And Big Commerce will not “clean out” the existing Sandbox. I believe I should have a new, clean Big Commerce Sandbox to test the Acumatica 2023 R2 upgrade. What should I do?
We want to create a report with item mages and send the report via a busines event. The report would have a customer’s prior item purchases with the each item’s image from the item’s “attributes”. Is there a way in the same report to have an item’s description, the item’s purchase history, and the the item’s image from item attributes in the same report?
We manufacture electronic products that we also sell to customers.We have set up various item classes for the components (electronics, mechanical etc.) and have created a separate item class for the finished items.We don’t want to the sales team to accidently add a subassembly or component to a quote/sales order - to minimise errors. The finished items item class is essentially for all of the items on our price list.It was an idea to set everything in the ‘finished items’ item class to Active, and to set all of the items in the various other item classes to No Sales.But it doesn’t seem to be possible to define the default Item Status in the Item Class settings?Whenever a new stock item is added, regardless of the item class, the default status is Active and it would need to be changed to No Sales each time?

We need some help with the following issue: We have items in Acumatica that we have sold the last one, and made inactive in Acumatica. We have set up our Acumatica-Big Commerce Connector to make such inactive items not appear on our Big Commerce Website. The items still show up on our Big Commerce website. We are confused why the items are still showing up on our Big Commerce site.
We have been using the “Fetch” and then “Sync” method in “Commerce / Processes”. Using this approach we were finding that hundred of items would show as “Pending” even after we Fetched and Synced. We were told to change our procedure and first “Fetch” in Processes, and then sync using the “Sync Status” process ( and not the “Sync” in the Processes area). Is this method the prefered way sync? Should we stop using the “Sync” button in the “Commerce / Processes” area?
