Hello, I am attempting to create an ACH Export to go along with the Wells Fargo Payment Manager through the batch payments screen. I found out from Acumatica that we cannot utilize the Cash Account Details, or VendorAccountDetails in an Export scenario based on the Batch Payment screen.The ticket was moved to Acumatica services, and they quoted an obscene amount to write this. Has anyone tied into WF Payment Manger? If so, would you be willing to give a little direction as to how this was accomplished?Thanks in advance!

Hi there,I created business events that sends out an email via an action trigger. The only thing is that there is an (all) option when you create an action trigger. Well I don’t want anyone to accidentally select the (all) option and send an email message to every ticket in the screen.How would I go about either disabling the use of the (all) option or having it not even appear as an option?I tried using the automation steps screen to disable the action but it still appears as an action you can use.I assume there’s an easy way of doing this but can’t seem to find anything on the web.Any help would be appreciated :)

Hello Everyone, We are currently evaluating Acumatica for our company, which does both Distribution(Warehousing, etc) and we are also a Manufacturers Rep - which means we quote customers on behalf of a manufacturer, and then we submit the customers order to the Principal(Manufacturer) on the customers behalf. The manufacturer then pays us a commission which is then paid out to the salesman who handles that territory. Has anyone implemented a sales process similar to that within Acumatica? I know that Acumatica has a vast level of customizability with Web servies and/or AddOns etc, but just wanted to get some opinions on using this software for a business process like I’ve described. Thanks!
Hi we are looking at Acumatica as a new system, but a key thing was trying to get a feel for the system. i was wondering if there is a spin up of Acumatica, where i can get a feel for the system. Youtube video look good but dont really give the feel being hands on.
Hello,We want to give some of our customers very restricted access to Acumatica. Just a few screens, and we want them to only see their own customer ID’s records and reports.However, the way restriction groups seem to work this will take a lot of maintenance.I can create a group, assign the user, associate a customer ID, and they still have access to ALL customers unless all of the other customers belong to a different restriction group.Is this correct?I can’t just say “you can only see this customer ID and nothing else” without creating and maintaining other restriction groups?I feel like I am missing something basic here in my understanding.
