Hi all, I have customized report and I wanted to attach it using notification template which is triggered by a Business event and Generic inquiry. But the issue is I am getting error saying “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. Business Event HistoryBut when I’m running report in usual way it is generating without any issue. Also I can generate that report programmatically from code side as well. I tried passing fixed parameters and passing parameters through the GI as well in notification template. however, it is not working and it always gives above error message. what can be the issue here?
Hi all,In Payments and applications screen, I want to load corresponding invoices automatically when we updating customer. Although it should work as default, it is not working.Is there any configuration that I should do to enable this? or Can I do that using a customization? Any idea on this?
Hi All, I have previously asked this question for an AR Invoice in a different approach. But I was unable to resolve it using the replies of that question because of some issues(Release method is not triggering when we process invoices from a process screen).However, Now I want to attach a report pdf to files section of an AP Invoice through Release AP Documents screen. I tried to override Release action in APPaymentEntry graph. But it is not triggering when releasing invoices through Release AP Documents screen. Then I tried the below code snippet & it is triggering for each AP Invoice. There are no errors in the code. But file is not attaching as expected. I want to show the description of a stock item in a column of another screen. But when I was trying to set it in the normal way, it just gives the html code(see the below screenshot),not the actual description sentences. When I’m doing a customization on Customer Portal I added a new DAC in PortalV1 namespace. However, Visual studio does not allow me to use that namespace in another class & it gives “The type or namespace name could not be found” error. Any idea about fixing this issue?Thanks.
