Good day, we use the 2020R1 API version 18.200.001 to integrate a cloud-based program called Jitterbitt/Postman.. We use to the API to send payloads with ACM data (address, items, etc) One situation that has occurred was we had about 6 orders to send; only one payload was transmitted. Everything was exactly the same on the mapped fields. Anyone know why the API would only transmit one order but left the others. The log in Jitterbit/Postman had only one record in the log. Another question,Iis there a way for me to look at the API transmission? a log or something that I can go into so I can check activity on the API transmissions?I know this is vague but we can figure out why one of many payloads would be passed.Thank you.Evan
Can someone let me know what the logic of the conversion of units of measure is. I have read the help area about 10 times and I must have a mental block as it seems to be the reverse of what I would expect for converting from one unit to another. i.e. I would think converting a box of 10 bottles to a base of 1 bottle would require the instructions to divide by 10 but the operand is multiply. I am feeling quite stupid about this so please be gentle..
I have created an import scenario for orders, but the international orders will not import. How / what code do I need to use to allow the international zips to load (alpha numeric) and then to have Hong Kong default to 00000 (they don’t have a zip code) .This is what we are using now: =IIf(( Len([bill-postal-code])=4), ('0'+[bill-postal-code]),(Substring([bill-postal-code],0,5)))
We would like to change a Unit of Measure UOM of an existing stock item from EA to FT (Foot). We want to learn the proper procedure to do this. I trust there is a simple process for this. Please advise.
I have DeviceHub configured successfully with printers, but when I add a usb scale it exceeds the API request limit all on its own after a minute or two. Seems like devicehub is updating the SMScale table with the scale weight, but then forgetting to log itself out after??Does anyone have any ideas? TY!!
For my each SO Line, I have 2 salesperson, where the salesperson can be different people or they can be the same people. The amount in each SO Line have to be split among the 2 salesperson where each salesperson get a percentage of the amount. In that case, how do I calculate the sales performance for each individual salesperson and display it on dashboard?
I added a bunch of items via the REST API to Stock Items. I then did an update on the description of those Stock Items (generally the description was longer than the original) also using the REST API. In the search for Stock Items, the items appear with the correct description. However in Inventory Item search launched from a Sales Order, when I search for these same items, the Description is truncated. Does anyone know why I am seeing this discrepancy? Is there something about the Inventory Stock Item search launched from a Sales Order that caches the description independent of the search available on the Stock Items screen?
Subitems appear to be inactive by default. Is there a way to mass enable inventory subitems all at once? I get this error when trying to use the inactive subitems in a Sales Order:“the default value of the subitem segment is inactive”
