@TitileGama No, the same import scenario will not be exist in the Import by Scenario screen as it is tied to the BE. Kindly create manually and check if everything good with the import scenario side. I'm assuming you mean create the import scenario with another provider, then run that using the import by scenario screen, I copied the same scenario with an excel data provider and, it ran successfully.The Import also runs when i execute it from the Business event history screen.

I found the Solution , The BE Queue was Full , i restarted the Dispatcher and the BE Triggered. Thank you for you Assistance.

Hi @TitileGama can you also check to see if “from” email on the email notification is setup properly (tests successfully on the system email accounts screen). Also check the all emails screen just in case it was generated. Hi Laura, Sorry for taking long to get back to you, Unfortunately, this solution will not work for the client as their Receipts are not linked to Purchase Orders.

I am able to create the kit through a simple import scenario, however because my items need to be tracked, i need to generate a lot tracking number , which is what i think is causing the error. i created another scenario with an excel provider and its giving me the error below.
