I would first make sure the “Hidden” option isn’t keeping these from showing up. I have tried to update a UDF field via a Business Event/Import Scenario and was told that this does not work. It is possible that they are not visible visible for the same reason. Also, what version are you trying this on? It may be resolved in the current release/build.
Are you using the standard PO form or have you modified it? I am assuming you modified it…. as Gabriel said - please share a copy of the report.
Hi - the one idea I had was to add the WorkGroup to the Approve Time Cards grid and create filters by workgroup. This would not satisfy any security needs as others would still have access to the other grids but it is a start. We may be able to create a GI and turn on the update feature and create this without a customization but I haven’t had time to try this yet.
