@sweta68 I also encountered this error yesterday. I successfully restored the snapshot after deleting the conflicting record. I was able to delete it because I was restoring to an on-premise tenant for which I have access to the database. Several related questions: how would I resolve this if encountered restoring in an Acumatica-hosted SaaS tenant for which I don’t have access to the database. Is there a remedy other than submitted a support case to have the Acumatica Support team delete it? What causes this situation, how can it be avoided?

@cindywhitner76 - I encountered Issue 2 working with a client using 22.107.0022. I see it’s documented as known issue AC-250972. 22R1 Update 16 was released on Nov. 29 but I don’t see a fix mentioned in the release notes. I double-checked this by upgrading a test site to Update 16; I confirmed it doesn't include a fix. Can you provide a new target 2022 R1 build, and a target 2022 R2 build? I'm planning to upgrade my client to 2022 R2 soon.
I see AcumaticaSurveys21R2 v3.2.2 was posted in GitHub on Oct 5 but don’t see any documentation describing new features. Please advise.
@ashtonwilliams96 I see you didn’t get any responses to this question...have you decided which technique to use? I have a similar requirement, I’m wondering about the criteria that influenced your decision.
I discovered I incorrectly stated the expected count for Value 3, it should be 2 not 3.
@rherbelin85 I’m trying to configure a similar use case. Have you figured it out yourself since no one provided advice here? There’s unfortunately no useful explanations in Acumatica Help on how to use decision wait time and Acumatica Support acknowledged there are no courses available for approval map training.

@brianstevens Unfortunately no one has suggested ways to accomplish this. I’ve also come up empty asking my colleagues. I’m assuming it can only be handled procedurally somehow.

@hsarjapur You mentioned the Survey team is collaborating for Phase 3. Can you share what features are being considered and the schedule for release? I’m interested in learning if functionality will be provided to allow surveys to be completed by service techs upon completion of appointments in Field Services Edition.
@GrahamMartin We’re still evaluating it with 2020 R2, haven’t tried it yet with 2021 R1.
