I think I have this resolved.I did not realize you could leave an amount pending in the Available Balance section.Once I leave it and save and release the payment, the “payment” credit appears on the customer’s statement.Thank you!
Below is my payment screen as I try to apply $2,004.18 to an invoice that only has a balance of $668.06.The error associated with the Red X reads “Incorrect value. The Value to be entered must b less than or equal to 668.0600”
Yes, however, I was hoping there would be a way to have the credit/overpayment showing against the invoice they overpaid. That way the customer’s records and my records match. Is there a setting I can turn off that will allow me to enter a payment against an invoice that is greater than the invoice amount?
Strange. It shows as processed, but nothing was printed:
Mark,When I go into Process Shipments > Print Labels and run it for a UPS shipment, it downloads a ZPL file to my computer, rather than actually printing the label, see below:
Mark,I do not intend to preview the label. Once I confirm a shipment via UPS or FedEx, I want the label to automatically print through DeviceHub to the default zebra printer. Is there no label design that needs to be done? Once you integrate the connection with UPS, the label is already ready to go?
Hi Sarah,I am printing a Zebra label, with the exact same data you are. Thermal label, 2 X 4.However, when I send this report from Acumatica to a Zebra printer, it never formats to the label size correctly. It either cuts off text, or prints it way too small.Do you have any suggestions?
That fixed it, thank you!
All done. Thank you so much!
Ok the PO number is now appearing in my table. I do not see any spot for “use in quick search”. Below is the view of GI which gives me the column I am needing, so it is working:
Daniel,This is what I am looking for. I cannot seem to get the option on the results grid to add ‘POOrderReceiptLink.PONbr’, however.
Thank you. I was just trying to see if there was a faster way to do this lookup and subsequent data entry. My old system did many things bad, but it was fast at the above scenario, so I was trying to recreate it a bit if possible. I appreciate your help.
That appears to work, however, there is a downside. When my AP team receives an invoice, the invoice mentions our PO #, not our Purchase Receipt number. So the AP team has no idea which receipt in the list is the one tied to the PO # we are being billed for.Is there a faster way, such as a look up screen? Or Can the Purchase Order # be added to the table of “Receipts” so it can be easily searched and billed against the invoice?
No as we usually do not receive the bill from the vendor for a day or two after the goods have already been received
It appears this has solved my issue, thank you!
