@etrojan73 - Yes, I have Adobe Pro installed. I’ve had my IT department remove the Adobe update and there were no changes to the report run time. There were also some windows and office updates around the same time frame. Unfortunately, there are too many window/office updates to remove one at a time and rerun the reports after each one. Our partner has escalated a ticket with Acumatica.
Thank you, @vkumar. The overrides to not seem to help. I believe I have narrowed my problem down to a customized invoice that is pulling the wrong field for the attention to person on the invoice even though we have changed the customer record and even tried the override directly on the invoice record. Unfortunately, I do not know how to update the customized invoice and the person who did in the organization passed away in May. Any suggestions?
Thank you, @ChandrasekharM. That worked wonderfully to change the serial numbers. Everyone has been so helpful here in the community. This is only my second post and I’ve gotten resolution both times. Thanks again.
Did you get an answer? I was going to ask a very similar question. I have two items in stock that have the wrong serial numbers. Who do I go about changing the serial number on items I have currently in stock?
@Olga Anisimovich The status is Pending printing even though they have been printed. The only option is under actions “Print Check”. The system will not allow us to print the check because it says “ the check number already exists in the system. Please enter another number.” The check has already been mailed out.
