We have clients requesting similar functionality. They would like clients to sign for work authorization on service orders.
Does anyone know if there are any updates about this feature being added to the Acumatica roadmap? We have clients asking about this regularly.
Have either of you used GoFormz for Service and been successful with them? We developed our own solution, and are beta testing it now. GoFormz is great, just way more than what our clients wanted to spend.
Adobe offers the most features for the price, however after spending days trying to setup the integration we finally gave up. Adobe support has no idea what Acumatica is and the instructions for setup provided by Acumatica for the feature are inaccurate (most likely outdated).Docusign is fairly straightforward. It would be nice if there was some kind of explanation as to what type of Adobe/Docusign account is necessary to make the integration work. We run the full level Adobe enterprise cloud, which includes Adobe Sign features however we don’t have access to the API from Adobe apparently, and every time we want to add it, Adobe guides us to a different page where we are directed to create a whole new account. Too confusing so we abandoned the Adobe option.
This is a frequent request for our field service customers. Almost a daily request!
This has been clarified. Apparently we can have as many test environments as we need (limited to 2 users), and request one additional test environment without the 2 user limitation if required. I think the original explanation of this change was made without the necessary context.
Selling a single tenant ERP instance is like selling a car with one wheel. Sure you can buy it, but if you want to drive it out of the lot, you’ll have to buy the extra wheels.
1 Tenant is insane. You can’t implement without a test/training environment. We actually use 3 tenants. One for development and testing, one for training (frequently refreshed) and a production environment. We are preparing to start implementation on two new clients and are at a stand-still until Acumatica can change this policy.
Apparently it still exists, but is burred in Acumatica’s partner site. Since the new navigation no longer points to the old software download page you have to search for DocuSign in the portal to find it, then navigate to the updated versions.https://portal.acumatica.com/downloads/esign-integration-download-2/
We chose Lightspeed and are very happy with it. In the process of converting some of our Acumatica clients too. Lightspeed support is outstanding!
Hi Chris,I would be very interested in discussing this with you. Let me know if you have a moment to chat.
