@AndrewBGL - thank you so much. This looks like the root issue! I’ve passed along to our supply partner and hopefully we can get this added/updated quickly. Thanks again!
Hi @AndrewBGL - we ship directly out of Acumatica. We don’t have a 3rd party plugin or anything like that. You can see my comment above to dsimmerly and see what my configuration for the Shipping Carrier Integration looks like. We don’t have the options below that line like both you and dsimmerly seem to have.
Hi @AndrewBGL - thank you for your quick response. However, I am not using PaceJet. I am currently just using the integrated FedEx/UPS/EasyPost API already built into Acumatica. I do have existing carrier options that were set up on my older version of Acumatica (2021 R1, I think) and those still work. Here is a screenshot of my UPS screen: This carrier currently functions just fine, but let’s say I needed to create a new carrier option, even if I copy and paste the Plug-In path, I get an error: If I were to try to save the above, then it just automatically erases itself before I can click save. Any ideas?
Check to be sure the carrier is enabled on CS100000 Hi @dsimmerly - my page is not the same as yours. Here is all I see on my end. I don’t have the individual options for each integration:
Hi -We’re experiencing the same issue as @dcote70 when using ShipEngine to ship multi-carton international shipments.Typically, when you ship a multi-carton shipment, you will receive shipping labels that are linked to a master tracking number (typically box #1). The label itself would also reference label #1 of X (number of total cartons in the shipment). However, when you ship international with the ShipEngine integration, it sends data as if each package is its own independent shipment - not linked at all. This means that not only does it look like you may be trying to skirt the customs rules, but it also means that the brokerage fees are likely to be higher as you will receive a charge for each ‘shipment/package’ that needs to be cleared, as opposed to a consolidated shipment that would only need to be cleared once for all packages.I noticed that this happens when shipping internationally via either FedEx or UPS using the ShipEngine integration. Same outcome with both. However, bo
Hi @Dhiren Chhapgar - thank you for the response. I work with Trevor (original poster) and we do have the ShipEngine integration active in our environment, but we are getting some very wild quoted rates coming back to us (some north of $100K), which made us explore if UPS Ground Freight was possible through the native UPS plugin.Do you happen to know who manages the ShipEngine integration for Acumatica? Is this internally within Acumatica or is it managed by ShipEngine directly? We have ‘enable negotiated rates’ active in our ShipEngine account and also have negotiated rates active on our direct UPS account, but the rates we are pulling back from ShipEngine are exponentially higher than what we receive when we run the same shipment through UPS WorldShip using Ground Freight service. Any information you can provide would be appreciated.
