@pallikasharma11 I’m familiar with using the # sign to limit user input to numeric values. But #,### doesn’t prevent users from entering numbers greater than 100.
Thank you @pallikasharma11, I’m referring here to configuring an attribute in Common Settings. I updated my question to be more clear. I had previously voted for the product idea.
@ChandraM Thank you for you attention on this question, I really appreciate it!The solution you describe still isn’t cumulative. If it were cumulative, the 2023-Jan amount would be 52,250,000 (as it currently is), 2023-Feb would be 194,750,000 (52,250,000 + 142,500,000), 2023-Mar would be 337,250,000 (52,250,000 + 142,500,000 + 142,500,000), and so on.
Thanks @ChandraM, that gets me the monthly totals, but how do I plot them on a chart cumulatively. By cumulatively, I mean the Jan bar on the chart = Jan total, the Feb bar = Jan + Feb totals, the Mar bar = Jan + Feb + Mar totals, and so on.
@ahaslett00 I too think it’s probably not possible, I was hoping you found a hidden technique somewhere!
@ahaslett00 I see no one responded to your question yet. Did you find a solution on your own? I encountered the same need today.
@GrahamMartin I learned last week that this community supported integration won’t get updated for compatibility with new versions of Acumatica until a few customers request it. I’m hoping others who need this will read this reply and post their interest too.
@asmith50 @max75 I should have mentioned in my question that I’m looking for a way to automate or semi-automate it. I too have successfully exported the information from Acumatica and imported it into a Google map. The result is exactly what I want, similar to the screenshot @max75 posted. I’ve even configured a dashboard in Acumatica which displays the map. What I now need to determine is how to periodically refresh the map to reflect changing opportunities in Acumatica. It need not be realtime, refreshing daily overnight would be suitable.
@Doug Johnson Is what @noahriley stated correct? We submitted this question to the folks at Smartsheet too several weeks ago, no response. Based on no response to this question and other interaction we’ve had with them, they don’t seem very interested in this partnership.Being forced to use someone else’s Smartsheet template would severely limit the usefulness of this integration. Unless there’s a workaround I’m overlooking...
@cshaheen26 , not yet, we submitted the question to the folks at Smartsheet, awaiting their reply. I’ll post it when received.
Carl, I too am evaluating this integration on behalf of a client. You need access to Smartsheet Developer Tools to implement this integration which I believe requires a paid Smartsheet license. https://developers.smartsheet.com/register/I’ve also searched for additional information such as a configuration and users guide, including asking Acumatica Support; it apparently doesn’t exist. A video posted by Doug Johnson on YouTube provides a nice overview but doesn’t provide the details I’ve needed.
