Thanks for the response. Will the app need to be updated or will it automatically change when switching to the 2021 R2 Platform. Do you need to running the 2021 R2 backend or is it just the mobile app that changes?

I believe I found a solution. I am not confident if this is a wise approach but it seems to work. If the incoming email is set to pop incoming messages do not display as read after being processed. Imap still seems to work on other devices. Someone can let me know if this is not a good idea but everything seems to works as it should. See screenshots.
I understand that. Typically of you look at any email clients the envelope indicates RECEIVED and the airplane/arrow indicates SENT. Outlook and Apple mail for instance...
@ChandrasekharMUnless I am missing something Acumatica has it opposite of most email clients...sort of confusing when working with it. Could this change be easily made?
I would like to collaborate as well. We are working through implementation and have certainly experienced some challenges and frustration with the field service module. I am hoping for improvements on the mobile application for field techs...it is definitely somewhat cumbersome...rumor has it that 2021 R2 has some improvements in that area. There have been many times I have doubted our decision but I am optimistic that things will continue to improve.
