hi Doug, did you have any issues with the sync with bigcommerce after the upgrade? we’re getting object not set to an instance of an object when trying to do the sync

Hi hsarjapur, You have to enable the switching in web.config by setting up this key: <add key="EnableSiteMapSwitchUI" value="True" /> This will enable the UI column in the site map you would set the value to Modern for the screen you want. It wont allow you to set this for screens that arent “enabled” yet for the new UI. Also, keep in mind that for 23r1 it is not supported to use the new UI in production. the issue was using “OK” for the dialog answer even though it doesn’t say “OK” on the screen 😣 will remember for next time…..does that make sense for you?….i put the preauth number in as a reference as well but that’s not needed. the payment method is STRIPE which is the processing centre as well

I’ve had a few of those recently, what version are they on? where it reports success but it hasn’t actually worked. i investigate these with stand alone import scenarios but it’s still tricky to work out. The above got resolved by creating the BE and import scenario again from scratch rather than copying a previous scenario in via XML that I had used in that instance.What is the trigger on the BE? grouped or per record?

is there any reason you couldn’t create a GI for the AMRPExceptions table and use “add related table” to select the inventoryitem table and go from there?
I figured this one out …. In the “Fill Values” you have to type @reportID hi Alicia, was this on 2021R1? i cannot see the report option within automation steps anymore?
Hi All, in case anyone comes across this going forward. This was resolved by Dmitriy in developer support discovering the issue was a tenant called “company” was first in the tenant list. The issue was resolved by re-sequencing the list so that company wasn’t first or deleting the “company” instance. Thanks
this is still an issue with the customisations unpublished, lvl2 developer support looking into this now.

Hi Naveen, no customisations related to the confirmation of the shipment or storage lookup directly but there are a couple of customisations related to allocations of stock that i will try the app with them unpublished, thanks
