I have this same issue with one item. Cost is over $70.00, but average cost is just $6.00. I did an Adjustment with the Ext. Cost being the correct cost of over $70.00, but it only raised the average cost up $2.00 - I’m still $60.00+ short of the true average cost. Am I missing a step?
Kandy -It was emailed and confirmed by the customer that they received it. When our CSR produces the invoices, she uses the Email Invoice button to send. This isn’t checking off the Emailed check box in the financial tab. That box appears to only get checked when Process Invoices and Memos is used. Thanks
Manikanta -Our CSR’s are doing the steps you mentioned. We’ll change our procedure to using the Process Invoice and Memo action of Email Invoice to alleviate the issue. It would be nice that doing the steps as mentioned above would also update the Emailed check box. That box should be checked not based on how, but on if the invoice was emailed. Thanks
Kandy -Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, this appears to be a data integrity issue. I’m in the invoice, in the financial tab and I see that Emailed is NOT checked. But at the same time, I have the activities window open and it’s showing me the email that was sent. I also see it in All Emails in the Outgoing tab and it does not appear in the Failed Emails. This was an email that was sent this morning.Something is not working properly.
Jeff96 -I can go to All Emails and search that invoice number and see that it was sent, as well as go into the invoice and see in Activities that it has been sent. Yet, it shows in the list in Process Invoice and Memos when Email Invoice is selected as the Action.
Not really. I can get the url to appear but not every time. It certainly has something to do with my joins within the report.
Thanks. I attempted the Refresh All yesterday and I wasn’t getting the missing data field. Today, after opening the Report Builder, I entered my login credentials and then selected Refresh and the missing fields appeared!
It’s a report where I am not listing all the items that were shipped individually. If I shipped 10 of the same item, I am showing that item once with a ship count of 10. So I don’t need all 10 tracking numbers. I want just the tracking URL which links all tracking numbers together. I’m going to look into building a subreport that searches for SOShipmentNbr and provides the tracking url, then link that to the main report. I can easily recreate the report you show above, but it’s not what I’m looking for. Thanks
I’ve tried to print when $LineNbr=1 and that does not work. The issue isn’t a link - when it prints, it’s a link that works fine. The issue is that it doesn’t print anything if there are two or more items.
