Hi @vkumar, yes we have an entry both in sales order preferences, and also customer class (and actual customer). But it still doesn’t generate, and produces the error in my original screenshot.
We are on 2021.217.300.1255I guess I will wait until our next version to see if this resolves the issue.
Hi @DavidEichner , yes our default email account is set, with same configuration as your screenshot. Emails are working elsewhere in the system fine, just not for Cash Sales/Quick Processing.
Hi @Chris Hackett, for now I have implemented some business events to create the payments and tidy things up, and will review this issue again once we upgrade to the next major build locally which may or may not fix this issue.

Karthick, is it possible to map to a BigCommerce “meta field” instead of a custom field? We have a use case where this would be needed, as custom fields have a much lower character limit than meta fields.
