Hi @davordob Thanks for the response, we figured it out after I posted the reply earlier and have successfully got it working at the client site. It does seem that the user you use for the DeviceHub needs to be a licensed user as well, can’t just have the API License assigned, needs another license as well. To test this we used the External Accountant license and that’s how we got it to work. Hopefully that works for you as well. RegardsBev
Hi @davordob and @mcl0001 - did you ever get the DeviceHub working? We are having the same issues, also a MYOB Advanced site. Thanks heapsBev
Hi Kelly Unfortunately not, the client had to put their implementation on hold due to staffing and cash flow issues, so we are waiting to pick it up again. Haven’t done anything with regards to the integration. Would be very interested in seeing your progress if you get to it before we do. 😀CheersBev
Hi MissyThanks heaps for this suggestion, the default owner for the email address is already assigned to an employee account, so I can’t change that to the admin account.I have asked MYOB (we’re in New Zealand) to assist me with attaching the admin account to an employee so hopefully that will work. RegardsBev
Thanks Chandra I do have access to that export scenario - just wasn’t sure if it worked for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as the export looks a little different to what my client sent me. I will give it a go and tweak as necessary. :)
