I wish they would remove thebutton that makes it seem like you can publish to only one Tenant and replace it with a PUBLISH TO ALL TENANTS button.I personally always follow Rule #4 in this blog post because of what @Naveen B pointed out:https://www.augforums.com/publishing-an-acumatica-customization-project
I’m making up builds here, but were you on something like 19.111.0038 and the plan was to upgrade to something like 20.118.0007, so you did all of your testing on 20.118.0007, but the live upgrade took you to 20.121.0004 instead of 20.118.0007?Then, was there some specific thing that worked for you in your testing on 20.118.0007, but it doesn’t work in 20.121.0004? And, since you can’t downgrade, you now have to wait for the next build to be released in order to get a fix for whatever it is that doesn’t work?If that’s the case, you should have been able to restore the 19.111.0038 backup that was taken before the upgrade and then upgrade to 20.118.0007 as originally planned, but are you saying that no backup was taken? I find that hard to believe, but mistakes are possible.
Have you looked into this connector for WooCommerce?https://www.acumatica.com/acumatica-marketplace/business-informatics-acuwoo-connector I haven’t used it personally, but I do use WooCommerce on my AUGForums.com website which runs on WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
Hi @dougmcbride79,Here’s what the YTD SALES VS QUOTA Widget looks like on the Sales Manager (DB000011) Dashboard in my SalesDemo environment (1st screenshot): If I click on YTD SALES VS QUOTA in the screenshot above, it drills down to the underlying Generic Inquiry (2nd screenshot). If I edit that Generic Inquiry, I can see how the fields are being calculated on the RESULTS GRID tab of the Generic Inquiry (SM208000) screen (3rd screenshot): As you can see from the math in the 3rd screenshot, the 6,000,000 in Annual Quota calculates as 4,000,000 in YTD Quota because I’m running this in August 2021 and, following the math in the 3rd screenshot, 6,000,000 * 8 / 12 = 4,000,000. Where does the 6,000,000 come from? [CSAnswers.Value]. Where does [CSAnswers.Value] come from? It comes from an Attribute on the Employees (EP203000) screen. On that screen, there are two things to point out. First, the Employee gets linked to the Salesperson using the Salesperson field on the GENERAL INFO tab (4th
Ya, that field only gets calculated in the screen the last I checked which is why someone suggested a DAC extension to calculate it outside of the screen for a report. You should be able to accomplish the same thing though using a variable in your subreport, passing the totals back to the main report like this:https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-report-designer/passing-variables-from-sub-report-not-resetting-value-when-no-value-in-subreport/
It would be cool if Acumatica could add a DIVIDE function like they have in Power BI. It’s pretty simple, but it’s much easier to use because it can sense a divide by zero and return a blank result or return an alternate result if you populate the 3rd argument as shown in the screenshot below.
@ray20I can’t remember what version this got introduced in, but you can now control how frequently each individual Widget refreshes when you load the Dashboard. I don’t see a Never option, but Every Week is pretty close: You can manually refresh a Widget by hovering and clicking Update:
@brianmcmillin100 Ah, good point, that won’t work in a Generic Inquiry parameter. I was thinking of Report Designer parameters which allow you to write formulas. Seems like @lauraj46 has this one figured out. Maybe Acumatica just needs to introduce separate “UTC” options for the date relative options like they have in the expression editor:
