Showing Converted Prices Using Currency Rates in Report Designer

I am customizing the Sales Order Report in Acumatica (so641010.rpx) and there is a requirement to convert [SOLine.CuryUnitPrice] to USD given that the unit price is not already in USD, and also currency rate type should be MONTH rate (rate type ID in currency rate types form) and currency effective date in the same month and year range of the Sales Order Date [SOOrder.OrderDate]. I created the joins and values to be picked as follows,SOOrder Left CurrencyRate2 → =Month(OrderDate) Equal Month(CuryEffDate) Year(OrderDate) Equal Year(CuryEffDate)=IIf(([SOOrder.CuryID]<>'USD' And [CurrencyRate2.CuryRateType]='MONTH' And [CurrencyRate2.FromCuryID]=[SOOrder.CuryID]),+IIf([CurrencyRate2.CuryMultDiv]<>'Multiply',[SOLine.CuryUnitPrice]/[CurrencyRate2.CuryRate],[SOLine.CuryUnitPrice]*[CurrencyRate2.CuryRate]), '-' )At the moment the column always displays ‘-’, so I need verification if this is the right method to carry out conversi

Generic Inquiry Parameters Defaulting to NEW Value?

In version 2020r2 v205 (I know… ) I have a couple of GIs that I’ve created that are using the InventoryCD value as my parameter with standard parameters allowing for the display of all items if the parameter is Null. When I open the Inquiry, either from the UI or using the View Inquiry action from the Generic Inquiries screen, Acumatica is inserting the <NEW> value, as though it’s expecting me to create a new record. Has anyone seen this before?

Active Pivot Filter Color Scheme

Is there a place I can override the background color applied to an active Pivot filter. Acumatica default seem to be applying something derived from the primary color override for the active Company or Branch. In our case it makes the active filter indistinguishable from the non-active filter, causing much confusion with our users. I don’t need to match the theme, just need to know filter is active.Any alternative (i.e. changing color of text and/or funnel icon) would be acceptable also.

Add selected images to an Invoice

Hi all,I'm trying to include an uploaded jpeg image of a stored item to be invoiced on the standard AR641000 form. I've carefully followed an example in the Acumatica S150 Reports Designer document - (See attached Training Doc1 & Doc 2, pages 30-34.). I have checked and rechecked, but continue to get the following error. (See Trace 1 attached).The problem seems to be with the table / table join of the Inventory Item. (See attached schema build.Any assistance would be very much appreciated.Thanks

Subreport for Kits only sometimes is being passed to Pick List

Hello Everyone, I am working on a minor edit to my pick list form to print out kit items below items that are kits. I can get the subreport to pass-through just fine when I run the report from SO644000, the pick list screen, by picking the shipment number. When I try to run the Pick List report from the actions dropdown on SO302000, Shipments, and go to Actions → Print Pick list, the subreport does not print on the report.I wonder if this has anything to do with automation steps. Has anyone had this issue before?I am having trouble uploading an rpx file here so here are some screenshots:

Enable "Locales" would case function "DateDiff" throw out error when using GI.

Hello, I encountered an error, and my large guess it is caused by glitch in system. I’d like to report it here.A same GI, it run successfully in 1 Tenant, however it could not even be opened in another tenant which is with “Locales” enabled. It could be opened and run successfully unless I turned off the “Locales” or I inactive the use of function “DateDiff”. Like below: If I active the line with DateDiff function while I keep the locales on, it throws error:

Hello, I have a need to monitor 1 item’s sales qty. If the qty reaches a certain amount, I shall do something.(business subscriber). I choose the INItemsaleshis_FinYTDQTYSales to monitor, because it is a aggregation sum value. However, I add 2 “or” trigger conditions on business events. And both of them did not work. What is the right way to happen the trigger work? Or can I have another methods to monitor the sales qty increasing?

GI mass action to print a custom report

I have made an action in Customiztion Project Editor to print a custom report from Invoice screen, but I am unable to add that action to a mass action on a GI. I can add an action to the GI through the Automation Steps screen that does show on the mass actions in a GI, but I can’t add the custom report to the action. Does anyone know if this is possible and where i can find some documentation on this? Thank you.

Reports - Combine multiple Dropship reports in one report

Hi Team,We have a requirement to print multiple dropship order into a single reports. Example There are three Dropship PO, where each order is having 5 items. When a report is generated, we would like to see all the 15 items in single report / page. ARM Reports Adding the Description of the Unit set to the title

Is it possible to add the Unit Description to the title of the the ARM report?We have 5 units and I would like to put their name in the title of the report. So that when I printed them all off I could tell which one belonged where.

Performing bulk updates

Hi All, Is there a way in Acumatica to bulk update a particular field in all the Business Accounts/Customers/Vendors? If yes, can we perform bulk updates on the records filtered by a certain criteria?For example: Change the Owner field for all Business Accounts in Colorado State with Status “Active”. Report won't export

I have a report who was exporting just fine to Excel and PDF. However after rolling out a large swathe of customizations changes between myself and my VAR, the report does NOTHING when I click export to PDF or export to Excel. Anyone know what might cause this or how to fix it?

General Inquries: Need to enable pop-up navigation to CATran.OrigRefNbr

Hello Community, I’m trying to create a Generic Inquiry which would closely mirror CA303000 - Cash Account Details. One thing I noticed is that PX.Objects.CA.CATran.OrigRefNbr is not typically a navigable field (you cannot just click it and it would bring you to the transaction). I suspect this is because there are multipe modules which have their own unique Reference number (AP Check, AR check, etc etc). Does anyone know how to replicate the one-click navigation using a combination of Transaction type and Reference Number? Thank you,Kirill

Printing purchase order results in one inventory item per page

Hi,When i run the report for purchase orders in the printed form, only one inventory item lists per page and then in between each inventory item is a blank page. So a 2 page report turns into a 28 page report.I am not sure what to look for on the report designer.Thanks

Can we add "switch" on widgets of dashboard

Hello, We have a dashboard with 10+ widgets.every time, when I view the dashboard, all the widget are getting data in the backend, sometimes, it would be quite time consuming. Can I add “Switch on” “Switch off” on each widget?What I want is like below: The most often used widgets are switch on by default, it would load data when viewing the dashboard. The rest widgets are switch off by default, it would only load data when user manually click “load” or switch on the widget.
