We are unable to print Paystubs (PR.64.10.15) after upgrading to 2021R2 build 21.209.0034. I cannot find this as a known issue, but assume that anyone using Payroll on this version would be impacted.Error: Cannot resolve the table name: [PX.Objects.CR.CRLeadContactValidationProcess+Contact2]  Trace: empty 

An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'Move Next". Please see trace log for details.  This error is happening when I try to file the 2021 941/Schedule B/941-V Report &MI UIA 1028 eFile Report. All other taxes I’ve filed have no issues through Aatrix. Thank you!

Has anyone found an add on that integrates with Acumatica payroll that allows for timeclock functionanlity (mobile or punch clock) and also allows for PTO requests, The only add-ons in the marketplace seem to be for project tracking or a full HRMS platform.  The native time entry for Acumatica mobile wants the user to put in the time start and then the hours. That won’t work for them. They need employees to punch in and out and have those show in the timecard with the system doing the match.    

Has anyone figured out how you would make a manual entry to an employees PTO bank. For example, if the accrual was setup wrong, or the company decided to give them some extra time for whatever reason. I can’t figure out how I would adjust the time they have for that pto. 

Hi, I am looking for input on the retirement plan: IRA Simple Plan We are using 2021 R2:  After doing a tax update last week the employer contribution for our IRA Simple plan suddenly changed from the ER contributing on total Gross Pay to contributing on Taxable Wages - which is less contribution dollars since this implementation has a few pretax deductions. This sudden change in behavior has sparked a debate.  Looking for input from others who have this retirement plan. Hi Everyone Do anyone know that any HR management software can intergrade with accumatica system?Is Accumatica software can have HR Management software system like update training record , onboarding report , appraisal and etc related with HR .  

Acumatica 2021R2 - the Admin user can open the Employee Payroll Settings form w/o and issue.  We’ve added two users with the Administrator role and both are experiencing the error:Cannot open this record for editing.  The form PR20300 does not contain it.What can cause this error?  I’ve tried adding all the PR Roles to my own User ID but still experience the same issue.Hoping the community can point me in the right direction.Thank you,MIke Lupro

Hi, In the old PC Bennett payroll there was an option for setting up and sending direct deposit paystubs via email. I do not think this exist in the new Acumatica payroll. My question is, has anyone created such a thing and can offer some advice on how to set it up? Thanks, Bob

Hello all,I am new to Acumatica. What is the recommended approach for bulk importing of data from external timekeeping systems into the Payroll module?Specifically, my company is a franchisee of QSRs and the majority of our timekeeping is performed at the restaurant level through our POS system. We can currently get the data exported from our system either as a CSV or JSON formats. My question is, what is the recommended approach for importing such data into Acumatica’s payroll module for processing? We do not plan on using the Timekeeping features of Acumatica at our restaurants and entering the data manually is entirely impractical given the number of employees, so neither of these options will work. The system does not seem to expose a Web Service endpoint that could be used, nor did I see an “Import Scenario” that would be appropriate for bulk import. Any suggestions?Thanks!

Hello, I would like to be able to reprint an employee’s pay stub after the paycheck has already been released. Is there a way to do this? When I go to the Pay Stubs screen, it’s blank.

Hello,I was wondering how it is recommended to set up third-party sick pay in Acumatica Payroll? For example, should it be an earning type, a tax attribute, both, etc?The third-party pays the employee, but we have to withhold appropriate taxes and report wages on both form W-2 and 941.Thanks!

Our employees are trying to view their payroll check stub in the Acumatica profile, but it shows a trace error. Anyone else experience this? It has worked all year, but recently stopped.

We utilize several unions with our payroll, but have one that uses a multiplier on each of its deductions and fringes (each of which are based on hours).  We have tested the deduction and benefit using regular only, regular and OT, and total earnings, which are all the options.  These all treat all hours at the same rate.  Does anyone else use multipliers for overtime and double time hours for unions?  And if so, how are you making that calculate correctly?

Hi! As you have probably guessed, our company is in the process of transferring our payroll and construction information over to Acumatica. I am running in to a lot of issues when it comes to finding documentation on how to set up the payroll side of certified projects.  I’m not finding where to set up the codes for: Apprentice, Foreman, Electrician, General Laborer, etc under a job.  I am also not finding where to set up the different rates for an apprentice, depending on what level they are at.Do any of you have any reference for this?  Or can teach me how to do this? Thank you!

Good morning.I am a potential customer of Acumatica and I am curious about some of the solutions I’ve read on here for capturing time on orders on the production floor.  We have a small-medium manufacturing facility in which I’ll need to expense time to large time-frame production orders as well on spare parts sales orders.  We have about 50 people clocking in and out of orders throughout the day.  Currently we use old school punch clocks with hand written order numbers for allocation.  This process I feel will be even more tedious in Acumatica, hence the need for streamlined time data collection fed to ERP payroll.So far I read here that people have written their own code to accomplish this and a few people dismayed at the time it takes to do this through Acumatica, with no comoon concesus, as far as I’ve read, on which is best practices.  I’d appreciate any feedback ffrom people with similar requirements and how they have tackled this issue.Thanks for y

Paylocity offers customized reports that can be created and exported. Those reports can then be used in a import scenario to upload into Acumatica the needed payroll information.Looking to automate the process more, has anyone had success in API connection or using other systems like Celigo to get what is needed for payroll processing?

Trying to Import paychecks for a salaried , when using the “Import PR Paycheck Earnings” Import scenario we are trying to set the Amount to $3786.96. However the amount field is not being imported. The Hours field imports no problem. The amount field is being set automatically to the Employees current biweekly salary amount $3020.35. Is there anyway to force the amount to be $3786.96 so as to match the legacy system?      

Acumatica’s payroll tax set up does not allow for the entry of the mandatory SOC codes. Is anyone else needing to report to Indiana?

Hello Everyone,I am looking to see if there are any other options for a minor issue I am facing. On older versions of the payroll modules, like 2020R2, the system calculated salaried employees’ paychecks by the amount of hours times their salary rate (divided by the amount of pay periods). For instance if a salaried employee was paid $1000 per pay period for 80 hours, then for 40 hours they would be paid $500. In newer versions this changes to $1000 regardless of the amount of hours they have. This makes sense to me but I am wondering if there is any setting I can change to turn this back?I know one option is to make those salaried employees “hourly”. Another option is to change their type, on the paycheck, to “hourly”. In the meantime I have created an inquiry that I use to show salary employees hours that we

How do you enter a payroll correction to reduce an employees check when they are overpaid? I have tried multiple things and keep getting errors. You can’t have negative hours, rates, or an amount of the earnings tab…. If I do a deduction is does not correct their earnings for the year… Any suggestions on how to correct this?
