⚠️ Update Dec 11, 2023: The OAuth 2.0 and new API changes have been rolled out to Acumatica starting with 2023 R1 Update 13 and 2023 R2 Update 4. Configuration steps for using the new API and OAuth 2.0 will be available in the Acumatica help files soon. In the meantime, follow this link to the UPS Rest Configuration guide. UPS recently published an announcement and how connection is established to their API. Partners or customer may have received the following notification. Acumatica is aware of this. Development work to address this change is being prioritized to address it in second-half of 2023.The changes impact the Acumatica direct UPS integration in 2 ways:New OAuth 2.0 for authentication. Since UPS is not issuing API access keys beginning June 5, 2023, which is how Acumatica performs authentication today, new customers or those in the process of implementation are immediately affected. The current workaround is to use our carrier aggregator integrations such as EasyPost or ShipE

Starting November 17, 2026, Google will remove support for XSLT to prevent potential security risks on Chromium-based browsers (including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). This change will prevent Classic UI screens in Acumatica ERP from loading in these browsers. If your instance still relies on Classic UI, action is required before November 17, 2026. What is the impact?The severity of disruption depends on how much your instance relies on Classic UI. Any screen still running on Classic UI will stop loading in Chrome or Edge. If your team uses a mix of Modern and Classic UI, some workflows will be affected while others continue normally.NOTE: Acumatica is delivering a fix that will allow Classic UI to continue loading on Chromium-based browsers after November 17, 2026. This fix is available for Acumatica 2025 R1 and later versions only. Recommended ActionsIf you are on Acumatica 2024 R2 or earlier:Upgrade to 2025 R1 or later to receive this fix. Acumatica announced the deprecation of Authorize.net in April 2024 with support for Authorize.net ending on March 31, 2025. Customers using Authorize.net were directed to switch to an alternative payment provider by the March 31, 2025 deadline to avoid disruptions in their payment processing.  While many customers have already made this switch, Acumatica understands some customers may require additional time. Therefore, we have extended the end of support date to June 30th, 2025. Acumatica does not anticipate any further extensions.  Acumatica strongly recommends customers to switch to Acumatica Payments, prior to June 30, 2025, to avoid risks of disruption with their payment processing. While the integration may work after June 30, 2025 for customers using Acumatica 2024 R2 or earlier, the integration will not be supported and may not function at any time after this date.   If you are still using Authorize.net, it is imperative that you reach out to your partner for assistance in swit

We have seen a recent error when browsing Acumatica with Chrome browser. We have narrowed this down to a browser extension causing the issue. Possibly a McAfee extension. Workarounds: Option 1: Access Acumatica using a different browser.Option 2: Disable\Remove extension.
