On the Acumatica Help Portal, you can now download the guides, each of which relates to a specific functional area in Acumatica ERP. To do this, you need to open the home page of the Acumatica Help Portal, and in the Choose Your PDF Help Version section, click the tile of the version you need. This will open the popup box with the list of the guides available for download. Click the link of the PDF guide you need to download it.

Customer use Amazon (like Acumatica SaaS), Windows Azure, and partner supplied networks.What is Changing?Acumatica used to create Azure Configuration Packages to assist with deploying Acumatica to Azure Cloud Services (classic). These packages would accompany the releases as seen below. Example of Azure Configuration Package DownloadIn August of 2021 Microsoft announced plans to retire the classic deployment model and replace it. As a result, the Acumatica configuration packages require additional configuration and are no longer the preferred deployment method. Company Statement on Acumatica 2023 R2 Product Launch Acumatica’s commitment to product quality and delivering the features businesses need to transform their organizations is core to who we are. To ensure we adhere to the high standards we have set for ourselves, we are rescheduling the general availability launch of Acumatica 2023 R2 to October 5.The new launch date is consistent with our six-month product release cadence and allows us to deliver more community requested features without compromising quality. Those who have registered for our original September 12 launch event will automatically be registered for the October 5 launch. We will send guidance on how to update calendars to account for the new date. We are excited about the impact R2 will have in helping our customers continue to transform their operations and scale their businesses. We can’t wait to share all the details with you in October.

We are excited to announce the availability of the Help Portal for Acumatica ERP 2022 R1. Along with this news, we want to share the most recent changes we have made to the Help Portal to improve the user experience with the site.Starting today, the Help Portal (help.acumatica.com) provides ERP and SDK documentation for the latest version only, which is currently 2022 R1. (See the following screenshot.) This change will help users easily find the needed information about the most recent version of the product. However, users can still access the documentation for earlier versions of Acumatica ERP by clicking https://help-archive.acumatica.com/ to go to the Archived Help Documentation page. From this page, shown in the following screenshot, users can go to any supported version of the Help. Users can also access the archived help documentation from the site menu in the Help Portal and Acumatica Community. To find it, click Support > Archived Product Documentation (as shown below). H

On February 1, 2022, due to the Vapid API Deprecation, Acumatica Procore Integration of the following versions will stop working: All Acumatica Procore Integration packages compatible with Acumatica ERP 2020 R1 and earlier Procore Integration v5.6.005 (compatible with Acumatica ERP 2020 R2) and earlier packages Procore Integration v6.3.008 (compatible with Acumatica ERP 2021 R1) and earlier packagesThe most recent version of Acumatica Procore Integration package has been updated to accommodate and must be installed. In 2022 R2 Acumatica introduced experimental features to make it easier for customers to test new capabilities and provide feedback. Experimental features are included in the standard product download and can be easily enabled on the enable/disable features screen or by turning on a feature switch. Unlike core functionality, we may change the way these features are designed and implemented based on customer feedback.Controlled release features are newer capabilities that will continue to be part of the Acumatica ERP solution. Acumatica may limit the availability of these features so customers receive the support and implementation excellence expected as part of the Acumatica experience.
