Hello!I was wondering if anyone had this issue when using this setting on the Production Order Types screen.I turned this on to better track our subassemblies so everything can be categorized under the parent production order #. But what’s weird is that it causes the Production Order # to skip a bunch of iterations, seemingly at random.See below for a screenshot. These were all Production Orders that were created within the last ~5 days. And I am certain that there is no way that someone created around 7000 Production Orders only to delete them in that timeframe.For some reason it jumps from POP027009-000 → POP027746-000 all the way to the most recent which is POP037933-000. When updating the Safety Stock and other settings on the INVENTORY PLANNING tab of a stock item, the new value carries over to all existing item warehouse details records for the item. Shouldn’t it only carry over to whatever the default warehouse is? It seems undesirable for it to update all warehouse detail records because each warehouse could have its own safety stock. This is on 25R1 25.101.0153.5. I understand that when multiple warehouses are available that the planning settings should be updated on the individual item warehouse details records. However, it becomes confusing for users when there may only be 2 warehouses (one ‘Main’ and a secondary back up warehouse). It’s easier to simply update the safety stock on the stock item and have that setting carry over to the warehouse detail record for the default warehouse, rather than also updating the secondary warehouse. Is this expected behavior?

Hi All,Acumatica's Production Cycle for a manufactured product consists of 2 major steps: 1) produce volume first and then 2) subsequently, pack the volume into the required SKU.In such a scenario, is there a way to ensure that there is full availability of all materials required for producing a specific volume of a product, prior to confirming a Production Order? If yes, how and where can this be implemented/checked? In other words, a Production Order should not be allowed to proceed further (any subsequent steps) if there is either no or not enough material as required to produce a specific volume of the manufactured product.The same applies to the 2nd part above i.e. to again ensure that all packaging material required is available in full quantity during a request for Packaging Materials. Since this is a separate TR request (Inter Warehouse Transfer), how to ensure that this TR request is tied to the Production Order from step 1 above? The reason being, in o

I created a new screen that has workflow code on it. i followed the T270 series to make it. I am having issues with disabling an action conditionally. I want the “Remove Hold” button to be disabled whenever a line item is added that has a “Stock Replenishment Type” of “Manufacture” and the Bar ID is null. In the below picture, the removed hold button should be disabled because line 1 and 3 are empty in the bar id. i have the field conditionally required, but it will still put it on hold even though an error will pop up saying that the field has to be filled out. i tried adding it in a row selected event. i also tried to do it in the workflow. but it doesnt ever get disabled. can someone tell me what i am doing wrong?protected void _(Events.RowSelected<ProtoCutLine> e, PXCache cache){    ProtoCutLine row = e.R

Hello Has anyone seen this error? I added Mass Actions to a GI for Production Order Ticket, but when I try to mass edit them or even one, I get this error. I was looking to complete or cancel multiples at once.  

This is happening on a client and I cannot find the reason why the generated cost transaction has a different branch to the labour transaction, so it is causing incorrect GL entries.The data is all entered on the correct branch, so any ideas why the system generated cost transaction would have another branch to the source?

Hi, client has several Operation .Is there a way to restrict certain users from entering a Move trx for certain Operations or Workcenters? I tried RowData Security, no option for WorkCenters;  but I tried to use the Warehouse linked to the WorkCenter;  but it did not work. Business Case.  Op worker entering movement for the WC he is working and not a different workcenter.ie,  Assembly vs Packing vs Quality Control.

Hi All. Do you know why I get this error when linking the BOM in Production Order. The Production order was created from SO if that helps, but there were also 2 items in SO that was marked for Production and linking the BOM is fine without error. Can you please help? 

I’ve got a Outside Processing Production Order that uses Purchase Orders to complete one of the steps, however, upon release of the Purchase Receipt, nothing happens. All of them are linked together, however, the qty on the specific line in the production order is unfulfilled. I’m trying to produce a PO for a outside process production order, and keep getting the “At Least one item has not been processed” and the PO isn’t created. The trace log doesn’t seem to give any indication of what the error could be or how to solve it. I’ve attached images of the PO and Trace Log for reference. 

Cannot delete revision nor choose which revision from which to copy to a new revisionIn the product configurator module, I made a new revision (AF) on CFG0000030, but in doing so, I made a sizable error that I cannot easily undo. What I want to do is delete revision AF, go back to revision AE, and have that be the basis for yet another revision for the rest of the edits I need to make. However, the system does not allow me to delete revision AF. I can only inactivate it. If I do this, AF remains the basis for the new revision (call it ‘AG’). Is there anything I can do here?

As shown in the screenshot below, we understand that when a Move transaction is performed, the system should create both: The Move Transaction, and The corresponding Cost Transaction. This is not the actual screenshot; it was taken from the local system. In our case, we can only see the yellow-highlighted Move transaction line. Has anyone else experienced issues with labor recording since the 25R1 patch was deployed on 11/5?We use Acumatica’s mobile app for our shop floor employees to record labor time on production orders. Since the update, we’ve been unable to record any labor time. When attempting to access Manufacturing Clock Entry on the app, we receive the following error message:“Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”We’ve been in contact with our VAR, who has escalated the issue to Acumatica support, but we’re now into day two without the ability to record production labor.If anyone else is encountering the same issue or has found a workaround, please share.

The business provides configured to order Sales Quotes to customers, There can be a number of different configurations on a Sales Quote.Due to the sales process, Sales Quotes can be in draft for up to 6 months, before they are won and converted to a Sales Order. Within this time frame, it is common for the Engineering to create new revisions for the configured items.This is issue is that on many occasions, at the time of conversion, the configuration revision on the quote has been superseded  is inactive and the configurations have to amended to activate the relevant revisions on the Sales Quote to convert to a Sales Order.Would anyone know if there is a workaround or remedy for this situation?

I am unable to uncheck an item for backflush in the production detail screen.My (+) and (-) are also grayed out and I am unable to add or remove lines to the production detail.I was able to make these changes before but now it is not letting me. I attached a screenshot for reference.

Hello, We are able to select the Mark For Production checkbox on all order types besides RM. We are not trying to do this on the receipt line, but we are trying to do this on the issue line. I have already tested the “Make item to order” box is properly functioning. Any Ideas on why we cannot mark a line for production on an RM? Thanks :)

I just finished a meeting about phantom BOM items and wanted to get the community’s perspective. From what I’m seeing, continuing down the phantom path might reduce visibility into what’s actually being built and why. It also looks like materials tied to phantom BOMs won’t appear on the Critical Materials screen.My question: who here is actively using phantom BOMs, and what real advantages have you found?Our main reason for considering phantoms is to avoid creating separate production orders for subassemblies that we don’t stock, which would otherwise lead to redundant move transactions and extra data entry.

In 2025 R1, we have noticed that the production order type is not copied to child subassemblies.  This worked properly in 2024 R2 and prior versions.  This is what we’re seeing:Generate Order Subassemblies generates subassemblies using the default production order type from the Production Preferences screen Critical Assemblies side panel – The Order Type is read only on Create Production Order pop-up Critical Assemblies stand alone screen – Order type can be changed but doesn’t have any effect.  Regardless of the selection, the child orders use the default production order type from Production Preferences.Any
