How to get HubSpot Sync out of "No Polling" status

We are having issues with our import working in real time importing contacts from HubSpot into Acumatica.  I changed the Polling from 60 seconds to 300 seconds and then I restarted the HubSpot SyncWhen I restarted the Contact Import changed from “No Polling” to how you see it below. This Polling function is why the record didn’t come in. I made a new record in HubSpot and it came in after the 5 minute mark. The Last RealTime Attempt field is queuing when processing occurs.I have no idea what made it go from “no polling” to polling. I’m not sure why Leads wouldn’t also be in a Poll status. Why is the Lead still in a (No polling) state and how do we change that?    And how and why did it even go into no polling state?

Delete field "restrict visibility to" from suppliers screen

I would like to delete the value for the field  "restrict visibility to" from suppliers screen via an import scenario. Anyone knows how to do that? I tried to add a formula =’Null’ but I am getting an error message: Field: Restrict Visibility To, Value: Null, Error: 'VOrgBAccountID' cannot be found in the system.Many thanks, Patricia

Error Message regarding checkdigit

We set up a new cash account, mirroring a current account, but we are getting the following error message when attempting to export the payment batch into a NACHA file,  “The export batch cannot be created due to invalid checkdigit for bank routing number xxxxxxxxx. Review and correct ACH setting on the Data Providers (SM206015) form.Our existing cash accounts are still processing batch payments and exporting correctly into NACHA files and because we copied the exact set up, we are at a loss for how to fix this.  We have submitted a ticket to Acumatica, but no resolution as of yet.

Import Scenario - Attribute uploading to the Wrong attribute

Good day,  I am trying to update a “specific attribute”  Every time, I do an import the data is uploaded to the first attribute on the stock item record.  The attribute id = PIMID.  I am not sure why the mapping is working importing the data to the correct ID.  See below,

Import Scenario - Use Value from a System Field as Part of the Import Scenario Mapping

Requirement: We have an Import Scenario to import project transactions. The Sub Account value needs to be assigned from the default cost sub account set for each project. As part of the import source file, we have the project ID in the source file. Then for the that Project ID, I want the system to populate the sub-account from the default Cost Sub Account set on the project in Acumatica. Is this doable?

Hello Everyone,We have to exclude void payments in the batch payment screen export scenario. We have added source restriction but still void payment is included in the ACH file.How can we exclude void payment on the ACH export file? Can anyone suggest the approach?Thanks,

Export Scenario for Project/Contract from a GI

Hi,I am trying to export Project/Contract from a GI. My export scenario is not working. I keep getting a message that “Items have not been processed successfully. View name: Filter”.If I am try to export from Project/Contract screen (PM301000). Then I keep getting a message that “Items have not been processed successfully. View name: Project.”I have already tried with Reset Cache, Restart Application and republishing/unpublishing all customization. Nothing kind of helped and gets the same error.The export scenario looks like this:Any suggestions is appreciated.Thanks.

How do I get the numeric OwnerId from SOOrder in a GI?

I am trying to import sales orders and all is going fine until I try to import the Owner.  No matter what I try it doesn’t work with what was exported as Owner from a GI with the SOOrder DAC as the source. When exporting it shows the name rather than the numeric ID. I worked out it will work if I can give the numeric ID for the Owner but I can’t find how to get that out using a GI. If you have any ideas I’d be happy to hear them, Phil

AR Invoices Not Letting Me Add Finished Goods

I’m working on a migration project from Sage to Acumatica.  I was asked to write an import scenario to load older AR Invoices.  As I write the script, I manually walk through the steps to see how it interacts with the data entry form.  When I get to the detail section and try to add an inventory item, I see that only non-stock items are displaying in my lookup.  All my imported items are finished goods, so I’m getting errors for my import.  I’m not familiar at all on how the inventory items were imported, but where/what would I look for to allow finished goods to show up?

Purchase Order Import Scenario Issue

Hello, i am trying to update multiple field values using a business event action attached to a GI. My Import Scenario has all necessary fields, but my business event won’t work.I always get the following error and we can’t see why he would need this. The Formula for “Type” returns the Shortcode for Dropship - so just DP.  I created:Generic Inquiry Data Provider (Business Events) Import Scenario Business EventAny ideas? We are clueless.

Export/import Stock Item Description tab

The Description tab (InventoryItem.Content) is exported as HTML and I need to import that data into another tenant. I created a GI to export the data but when importing the data does not appear correctly.It should look like this.FlowLinX Sanitary Fittings are designed for single use fluid transfer applications where sanitary processing is critical. Has anyone been successful in adding the Vendor.AcctReferenceNbr to the NACHA ACH export scenario? I have managed to add the addendum section to the export file but cannot get this field to populate. Below is my current configuration in the export scenario.

Correct Customer Class Via Import Scenario

Version: 2021R1Hello, as many of us experience, the commerce connector will only allow 1 customer class on import.  This functionality is limiting.  So I wanted to use other fields in the customer record to update the customer class (dynamically). So the intention would be: commerce connector imports customer from Shopify with Customer Class “K2TEST”. I build a GI that looks for all records with customer class “K2TEST” I create a data provider based on the Generic Inquiry noted above. I create an import scenario that uses the data provider noted above and has logic to look at an ATTRIBUTE on the customer record and map a new customer class “K2NEWCLASS” accordingly. I then schedule the import scenario to run from a Business Event or Schedule...making it AUTOMATED.This scenario works with EXCEL as the data provider, but obviously that takes manual intervention to process.  But switching to the GI gives me the following error:  1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: BAcc

How to Export "Debit Adjustment" type records only from Bills and Adjustment screen (AP301000)

I am trying to Export the “Debit Adjustment” records using Export Scenario from Bills and Adjustment screen but it always returns the “Bill” Type records. I have applied the Type mapping as Type=’Debit Adj.”Herewith, I have attached the Export XML. Does anyone help will be appreciated.

Stock return with Credit Memo in an Import scenario?

Hi,I am trying to create an Import that does the following in one Import Scenario:-takes the Sales Order no. from a file (SO Type = SR) creates the Shipment Receipt from the SR confirms the Shipment Receipt creates the Credit Memo and releases the Credit MemoI have attached where I am at currently but I cant seem to find “CreateShipmentReceipt”.The import Scenario I have tried to date is attached.Any help appreciated.Thanks,Laura

Import Scenario triggered from Business Event - can I create one from many?

I’d like to do a similar thing in a couple of places, but right now I have a Business Event that fires whenever I make an inventory Transfer.  That Business Event then triggers an Import Scenario that reads the lines from the Transfer and creates a Project Transaction (in this case, it creates a transaction with two lines, as I need to update the “From” Project/Task and the “To” Project/Task). My problem is I get a new Project Transaction for every line on the Transfer.  Ideally I’d like to have a 1:1 correlation between the underlying Transfer and my created Project Transaction. Is this doable?  I guess I’m essentially trying to loop/iterate within the import scenario.  But because I need to create two lines from every input line, I’m not sure how to make it work. Import Scenario looks like this: Thanks!-Matt

AP Approvals and Import Scenario

I have an AP Approval map configured, and using an import scenario to bring the AP transactions into Acumatica. Is there a way to have the imported transaction be imported with a status of Balanced and not go through the approval process?  The transactions are approved manually prior to the import. Thanks,Coleen

AP Import - invoice entries import with no cash account for certain branches

We normally process a single AP import containing payments for multiple branch IDs. Prior to our upgrade to 2021 R1, all invoice entries would import with the appropriate cash account regardless of the branch we are in. After our upgrade, it seems the only cash accounts populating are those that are linked to the branch we are in while processing the import.Has anyone else experienced this issue?If so, can you please advise me on the best way to fix this?Thank you!Sondra

Update only existing Stock Items

Hello,I’m attempting to update pricing on existing stock items only. We have discrepancies in our Inventory IDs and instead of creating a bunch of duplicates the company only wants to update the stock items where a match is found. Is this possible using import scenarios? I’m having trouble finding documentation that supports this. Edit: Furthermore, I would love to be able to identify the records which are not found to be corrected. So maybe that is an alternative avenue. Thank you in advance
