How to split a single AR payment to two different customer through process bank transaction

Hi, Could someone provide insight or assistance with the following scenario?I'm trying to split a single AR payment into two different customer transactions (one for a prepayment for Customer A and another for a cash sale customer) through the bank transaction process. Currently, I'm unable to find any option to handle this scenario within the process bank transaction feature. Thanks

Create a Production Order to issue out the materials already expensed on a COST + project

All, How does everyone one handle a cost + project that uses expense/invoiced materials to build assemblies?  How do you capture the completed assemblies for the project? Would like to issue all those materials so they no longer show in the project whs along with the project to show the completed assy’s with the total cost of the materials used to make them. Is there another way to do this?  I am seeing some use the issue transaction on the acumatica, however  it does not go on to explain what the project whs looks like after this is completed?  Does that project whs show no materials in that whs?  How do we get the completed assy to show on the project if a item was built? Is there a certain way this project needs to be set up to accomplish this? Note: We created a Production Order, only to find out when the expense materials were released it put a 2nd expense on the project for the same materials show in that project whs. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated Thanks,.

How to Add Cost and Margin to AR Payment

I am trying to create a report showing Payment applied against Each Invoices along with Cost and Margin of Each invoice amount i did following  which give me all payments and the invoices it Applied to and i tried to add AR tran table to bring in cost but seems am wrong can anyone  help

How to allocate the sum of total depreciate into a month in the report Fix Asset Net Value( FA613000) ?

I want to allocate this amount over the months. Does anyone have any ideas on how to write a function to divide the total allocated amount?I used the formula =SUM(iif(left([FAHistoryByPeriod.FinPeriodID],2)='01'and right([FAHistoryByPeriod.FinPeriodID],2)=right([@PeriodTo],2),[FADetails.AcquisitionCost]/(12[FixedAsset.UsefulLife]),0) ) but the report is not showing correctly.*The correct value is 6 months with 6 equal values but it only shows 3 months, or 1 month.

In seperate Invoices for a customer its showing Inventory in the inventory column. why?

Hello all,Here I prepared an invoice for 12 months with cerdit terms of 12 months.After releasing the invoice system, create 12 separate invoices. In the 12 separate invoices created, the inventory is not showing.And the batch is taking the same accounts.

VAT return submitted without being released. Submitted with zero value.

Hi- we were waiting for a significant repayment from HMRC for VAT, and wondered why it hadn’t been paid. From checking on our government portal our submission was zero. However, on the submission on acumatica has been unreleased but submitted - how is this possible?

Tracking Line Discounts by Inventory ID

Hello, I’m in the middle of a Shopify implementation right now and have two options: Document Level or Line Level discounts. Line level discounts don’t show up on the journal transaction UNLESS Post Line Discounts Separately is selected. However, then it shows the Gross Sales as the Net Sales on the journal transaction, and then on another line credits the discount amount to the Gross sales account and debits the discount account.  The big issue here is that the item discount lines are not associated with the Inventory ID. This makes it hard to report on discounts given at the item level. Also, this would be showing the net sales for the items in our Gross Sales account. Is there a way to map the Inventory ID for each line to these Item Discount transactions?

3 way matching

We are working on setting up a vendor EDI integration to received AP Bills into Acumatica. from 810 messages. We are running into some challenges surrounding how to do the 3 way matching when we create the AP Bill prior to the PO Receipt mainly surrounding linking the receipt to the bill and handling 3 way matching for Bills that have multiple receipts. We stumbled on this post https://community.acumatica.com/distribution%2D6/hold%2Dap%2Dbill%2Duntil%2Dthree%2Dmatch%2Dcomplete%2D11048 and came up with the following options which I have listed the Pros and Cons for. If anyone have any experience with this I would love to hear how you approached this as we are at an impasse on whether or not there should be a technical solution to all of this or if certain scenarios, mainly multiple receipts against a single bill, will have to just be manually handled exceptionsSet the Vendor record to allow Bills prior to Receipt and create the Bill in Acumatica from the 810 and have it sit there to wai

Duplicated Fixed Assets Purchases

Hello!We had credits in Fixed Asset Clearing and duplicated Fixed Assets for these credits. (Fixed Assets created in Feb 2024, and the credits posted to Fixed Asset Clearing in April 2024).How do we fix these errors?We were wondering if we should reverse the duplicated Fixed Assets to offset the credits in the Fixed Assets Clearing Account. We just want to make sure it happens in the current month, not affect the prior Financial months that we booked. Thank you so much for your help!

Demonstrating InterBranch/InterCompany

Just tossing out an idea for Pre-Sales professionals.  When you need to demonstrate interbranch/intercompany transactions, demonstrate a new AP Bill with multiple line items.  Each line can be for a different branch or company.  When the transaction posts to the GL, it will automatically create the correct journal entries.  Drill into the GL batch to show results.

How to handle credit card charges when processing back orders

We are on Acumatica 2022 R2 and use EBizCharge for credit card processing. We have multiple warehouses that may be shipping from the same sales order.When a shipment is completed, we have an end-of-day process that will prepare the invoice for each shipment that was completed and capture the credit card transaction for the amount that was completed (possibly multiple invoices applied to this payment). Our warehouses are 98% able to fulfil shipments same-day unless something is backordered so this works for most orders. Shipments that span over several days, such as backorders, will NOT be able to authorize charges to that same card transaction - the process that runs on that first day will consume that transaction. This will result in the backorder getting stuck in “Awaiting Payment” until the card is reauthorized. During this time, the order is also not considered for fulfillment because it’s Awaiting Payment.If a card is reauthorized too quickly, the bank may not release funds for th

Check Number Skips After Payment Method is Changed

We noticed that when a payment is being created and the payment method needs to be changed, the next payment to use the Check payment has moved forward to the next check number despite not using it on the previous payment. Screenshots start with payment to vendor and check 3339, changed to fedwire. The next vendor is set up to be paid and the check has skipped the unused 3339 and moved forward to 3340.Has anyone seen anything like this?

Acumatica printing checks from 2 Cash Accounts in one check run

Client is running Device Hub to print checks on 22.212.0046. Recently (and intermittently) when printing checks by company (has ~130 companies in one tenant), the checks will print for 2 separate cash accounts in the same run. i.e. client prepares checks Company A for cash accounts CA-1 and CA-2 . Switches to Prepare/Print for CA-1 and clicks Process, the checks for both CA-1 and CA-2 print with the number sequencing from CA-1. They’ve been live for a year and this started 3-4 weeks ago, but frequency appears to be accelerating and affecting different companies. There is a customization, and I intend to restore a snapshot locally, unpublish and test, but wanted to see if anyone had seen something like this before.Thanks.

Example of Row Set Import Scenario for ARM Report

Could anyone provide a screenshot of a Row Set Import Scenario for ARM Reports? I am just a little confused on how the Data Source portion works. We normally just setup the reports manually, but this is our first customer who has several hundred lines per report so we would much rather import the bulk. The Data Sources will be “Start Account”, “End Account”, “Start Sub”, and “End Sub”.

Does Acumatica allow the ability to group multiple purchases to one Asset Under Construction?  A one to one relationship between a purchase and an Asset does not line up in all cases(Example--parts from one vendor and Service from another for one specific portion of an overall project).

Hi. I have an issue in my report(Non PDF version) when converting into PDF version. Here i’m getting a value for the part number which has a quite long value. When i convert this into the PDF version, the full value doesn’t display as shown below. Is there any solution for this? "Unreconciled Difference" tab on Reconciliation Statement Report

Hello.We recently migrated to Acumatica, and this is our first official reconciliation with the program. Due to our volume of work, bank reconciliations are performed daily.We have a question regarding the difference, since I have been searching for information and there is no mention of "Unreconciled Difference" as shown in the second photo.    All inputs and outputs have been checked, and they are all correct. There was nothing missing to enter or any item to mark.The outstanding and the cash balance match the Statement Ending Balance.If I make an increase to be able to close the month and continue with the reconciliation (in which the difference is resolved) the total of the first photo would remain at zero, but the total difference of the second photo would be affected, changing from zero to -10,188.95.So, we don't know if it is a bad configuration in the program or if there is actually an incorrect entry that until now, we have not been able to identify.If anyone can help us or gi

Selling to customer that requires multiple tax IDs on the Sales Order. When I add an additional Tax ID, it doubles the VAT taxable amount?

Splitting multiple pdfs (AR Invs/CMs) to combine into 1 email

Hello! So I understand Acumatica can send out AR Invs/CMs in mass, by email, which sends 1 email per every 1 document. I also know if we multi-select and then go to Print, we can send out multiple documents combined into 1 pdf, with 1 email. These options are great, however there are certain clients who would instead prefer to see multiple documents split up into 1 email. Do anyone know if there is a way to do this?

Customer Return for Credit

I am trying to create a Return for Credit for one of my customers. Usually I am able to attach/link an invoice to the RC and add the item so it returns back to my inventory. However, this particular customer/invoice does not populate the product that needs to be returned back to inventory. Does anyone have a suggestion or is there something I may be missing. I don’t want to just add the item without linking the invoice and then I end up messing up inventory or have issues refunding my customer when I do the Credit Memo.

GL Consolidation :- Import consolidation data screen is giving error

Hi, When attempting to execute the import consolidation data process, an error is encountered. Upon reviewing the GL batch, it's noted that no GL transactions have been generated in the system.Any advice on resolving this issue would be appreciated.  Thanks
