distribute outcoming payment to multiple subledger accounts

Hello everybody,My question is:We pay our employees the professional fees reimbursement by bank transfer (SEPA).  And we made it through another software, so we have to book the reimbursement laterly in acumatica, for example on the bank statement, it would appear 3000€ outcoming that we have to affect to 10 employees accounts (512100 Bank account to Sxxxxx employee subledger accounts).  It seems that this schema is not available under acumatica, I don’t find how to dispatch a payment and distribute it to 10 different accounts.  (as prepayment, sometime the fees bill comes later) For the received payments, check remitment for exemple, I can use the check remit account to aggregate 10 checks and got a unique incoming amount for the bank reconciliation, but I don’t know weather there is a way to do the same with the outcoming payments ? Hope you understand my issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

matching code in vendor subledger

Hello everybody,My question is: is there a field as “matching code” in vendor subledger register (for matched invoices and payments) like it is in general ledgers ?if there isn’t, is there a way to create a field and personalize the payment matching process in order to feed this field?  And after all post this field on the vendor subledger visualization screen so that we can do filter or sort on it?thank you!

credit hold for only positive amounts

Hello,I am wondering if there is any way to restrict the credit verification rule for the credit holds to be only positive? Seems that when there is a credits with the firm, the hold option is activated.

AP Bill Released- but prevent from being paid

Hi,  how do we prevent a AP bill from being paid?  The AP bill is entered and released.  It shows up on Aged AP which is good.  But how can we flag this bill to be put on Hold ?

Manipulating Period ID's in Report Designer

I would like to create a report where the user would supply the ending period as a parameter and a hidden parameter would automatically be calculated as the thirteenth period prior to the period supplied by the user.The report will always retrieve data from the current period plus the prior twelve periods.I have tried using the FormatPeriod function with an offset but I get a response stating the FormatPeriod function is undefined.I also want to populate 13 variables for each of the periods selected to use in calculations and placing data on the report.What is the proper syntax for using the FormatPeriod function in Report Designer?

Trial Balance Multiple Viewing range periods

Currently when viewing the Trial Balance (detailed) you can only view one financial period at a time.It would be beter as accountant that I should be able to select start period and end period. So I could e.g. Say show the the Trial Balance and movement from 1 March 2020 to say 31 May 2020. The trail balance should therefore show the Opening balance as at 1 March 2020, the accumulated Debits and Credits for the period (3 months), and then the final closing balance as at 31 May 2020.Currently we are limited to only obtaining a trial balance for one financial period at a time. It make analysis of financial results cumbersome to work with, and each financial period needs to be exported and then summed and grouped in excel… very time consuming unnecessarily so.

How can I process 'Vendor Refunds' that also include the absorption of Bills?

Example:Vendor sends me a check that is an accumulation of both debits and bills (eg, vendor owes me 10k, but I owe the vendor 3k, so they cut me a check for 7k). What is the cleanest way to handle in Acumatica? Is it to apply debits to the bills first, to zero them out, and then do a vendor refund for the total remaining debits? Ideally I could go create a vendor refund and select both debits and bills, resulting in my total - but that doesn’t appear to be an option or I haven’t found the right checkbox to allow it. Thanks in advance for advice.

Where is the AR line TaxAmt be kept in DB/DAC?

Hello,     I am writing a report to customers and would like to show the AR line amt and line taxamt.however,  The ARTran.TaxAmt is empty, and also the ARTax.TaxAmt is empty.   We do have TaxAmt on TaxTran, but is is not single line, it is the whole AR document.  Can somebody tell me where I can get the line TaxAmt directly?  Or I have to calculate it by myself?

How to apply a vendor credit adjustment to and vendor invoice

Hello, Seems like a simple question, but I’m at a loss on this one. So AP debit adjustments can easily be applied to AP bills….However I can not find a way to have a simple vendor credit adjustment applied to an invoice. There appears to be no similar process there credit adjustments can be applied to AP Bills. Can anyone assist? Thanks, Bob

Clicking Inspect Element on Vendors -> Locations -> Set as Default causes error

Running 2020 R2 Build 20.206.001I was wanting to change the default location on all of my vendors and thought that I would try an import scenario to make the change. I cannot delete the old location until I make another location the default location. Using Inspect Element on the Set as Default button on the Locations tab produced the error:An unhandled exception has occurred in the function 'MoveNext'. Please see the trace log for more details.Also happens in a local install of Build 20.208.0031.

Report Designer build schema relation

helloi want to add parameter range with the field ReferenceID from gltran in GL63CG01 report from LegalGeneralLedgerGLTran and it didn't work so i tried to add the GLTRAN and it same thing so i decided to get the field from the BAccountID but i did't know to link it with gltran or account to the parameters to have an account range filter.

Accrual Account Based on PO Type?

Is there a way to set the accrual account based on PO type? i.e. We want the accrual account to be 2210 on a normal PO, but we want the accrual account to be 1250 on a drop ship PO.The accrual account is defined on the item level - so it seems that we would need a Drop Ship SKU as well as a normal SKU to do this out of the box -  which doesn't take the manual entry element out of the equation due to needing to pick the correct SKU.

Check printed, AP bill remained open

We processed two check against two AP bills.  The checks show on the check register but not on the payment register.  The two AP bills remain Open as the status.  How do we connect the bill to the check after the check printed without having to void and issue a new check?

Hello Guys  Can you help me with finding a way to link “Account” and “Batch”; I tried using GLTran but I have the same line repeated multiple times select * from account INNER join GLTran on Account.AccountID=GLTran.AccountIDINNER join Batch on GLTran.BatchNbr=batch.BatchNbrorder by AccountCD I’m missing something ?
