In assignment and approval screen of Requests cannot find field status

Can you please explain how you’d like the Request routing & approval to work? What is your criteria that determine which documents/transactions are routed and to whom they are routed?

All documents/transactions requiring approval using any criteria start out on Hold status and are automatically routed for approval as soon as Hold status is removed.  Therefore, Document Status is controlled by the system and not normally used for, nor needed in Approval Conditions.
