ACH Notifications missing

We upgraded from 2019r1 to 2020r2.  We had a notification set to go out when we paid our vendors with ACH and not it seems to have disappeared.  Does anyone else send a notification to ACH payees?  Whats the best way to do it?

Business Event

Acumatica thru the versions has gone away from automation notifications to Business Events.  Business Events monitor generic inquiries and can send trigger based Notification Templates when conditions match.

In 2021 R1 you can create the business event directly from the payment screen by clicking on Tools and thru the last couple of versions this now supports screens directly as opposed to just generic inquiries.
