I just downloaded and published the 25R2 PDF annotator to my instance found on this page:  Publishing seemed to go well, but when I attempt to open Adobe Preferences screen so I can enter my API key, I receive this error:  Error: The view doesn't exist.Anyone else having this issue in 25R2?

Hello all,the customer would like to put an hyperlink into a word, in an predefined text element. He wishes to set an sentence like “… klick here...” and the “here” should contain the link.I tried as follows, but when i click “insert it just puts the full link in and not the link in the word:marked the word insert->link from web put in link insertThe happens: Is it possible to put the link into the word and if yes how?Greetings

Can anyone explain to me why the description can’t be edited after a document is released? It’s only a text field. There’s zero impact on financial numbers. What could be the logical reason why not? I know this subject has been asked about in this community group before. Yet somehow the threads have disappeared. It does show up in the ideas section, but it’s been left hanging for 10 years. What am I missing? Is there a way to make simple text edits and I just haven’t figured it out? It is this specific field I would like to be able to edit. Thanks!  

Is there any settings in Acumatica that would show some sort of error that the same Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, or Telephone Number has been used and is already associated with another customer profile?

We are testing the modern UI in 2025R2, and are no longer able to drag a file from Windows Explorer on to an Acumatica screen and have it upload to the Files area.  When trying this, the file appears to go directly to the workstation's Downloads folder.So far, to make it work we have to click on Files, then drag and drop to that window.  This is a minor inconvenience, but I couldn’t find anything on it in the 25R2 release notes so wondering if we are missing something.  Anyone else seeing this or aware of documentation on the change?

I have a vendor that requires a account number to show on the remittance advise. I can’t figure where i could enter it on the vendor profile to have it show. 

I would really like an Acumatica Bootcamp style training in a live environment in Manufacturing with Acumatica professionals.  Has Acumatica considered this option?  Or would they consider this option?  I’ve done a lot of the training online, but this does not allow me to ask real-time questions as I go along.

I am trying to do a prepare a physical count in Acumatica 2025 R1Build 25.101.0153.3 trying to bring the items with zero quantity and they dont show.  This is something I was able to do in version 2024 R2Build 24.207.001 Does anybody know why that is and how I can get this done in version 2025 R1Build 25.101.0153.3?

Is it possible to include the items in zero count in the physical inventory count? I am trying to include the items that have zero amount in the Inventory Count but doesn't allow me to it.

Hello, Does anyone know what would make the “Total Allocated Amount” and “Amount Total” for a landed cost entry not be equal? Below is an example. 

Hi -We need the functionality to send a business event email that contains a group of records from a GI, rather than separate emails for each records. This has come up in multiple scenarios, and it seems the only option is to create a custom report to attach to the email, or just send a generic email with a hyper link to a GI. This functionality is highly needed - we have consulted with our strategic partner and have been told it is not possible. Here are a couple of current scenarios, but I could see multiple areas this functionality would be necessary:Email that contains all purchase orders or purchased items that are more than 5 days late in arriving. Email would contain a list of each item with its description, project and promised date with a hyperlink to corresponding order. Hello I am working on having a template auto populate when the inventory is selected some of our products are customizable in certain sections and it would be convenient if prompts could auto populate in the record note so they do not need to be retyped every time. Has anyone had success assigning specific stock items with an assigned record note every time the inventory ID is typed? Thank you for your help,JKrug

Hello, In our stock item screen, we have 2 options for the “Default Mark For” setup, production and purchase. However, there are a few items that are showing numbers instead of purchase or production. See the below screenshots for part number 021. You will notice, it is setup for production, but on the stock item screen it shows “10.” I have included a shot of the GI setup as well. This is only happening on a few stock items and does not seem to matter if it is setup as production or purchase. Any ideas on why this has happened and how to resolve? FYI, I already changed the item to purchase, then back to production and am still showing the same “10”

Hello, we’ve came across an issue when using the carrier UPS Ground, it does not allow us to create more than one box in an order. We tried it with FedEx and we’re able to.We also tried to update the label format from PNG to PDF and ZPL but still didnt work.Can you help us with this, thank you!

Hi, I have a one dashboard in Acumatica 2024 R1 and need to display the value of a calculated Gross Profit field as a percentage. Currently, the calculated field shows as sum of Gross Profit % column in the widget. For example, in my Generic Inquiry I created a calculated Gross Profit % field using a formula like: =(IIf(Sum([ARTran.CuryExtPrice]) = 0, 0, (Sum([ARTran.CuryExtPrice])-([AMProdTotal.ActualLabor]+[AMProdTotal.ActualMaterial]+[AMProdTotal.WIPAdjustment])) / Sum([ARTran.CuryExtPrice])))*100 This displays correctly as a number in GI, but when I add it to the dashboard (KPI or Chart widget), it doesn’t show as a percentage. Can you please advise the best way to calculated Gross Profit % field so that it displays as a percentage based on formula on the dashboard?  

Does anyone know where this perm lies? I need to activate it so a user can edit a customer contact. I have searched in Sales Order, Receivables and Hidden but have yet to find the correct perm.

It appears that after an upgrade, a patch, and sometimes even after publishing customizations, any edits made to the menu are rest back to the defaults.This is a pain for individuals but also when we make a change that should be applied to all users.Changes to the Menu Items such as renaming “Construction” to “Projects” or “Services” to “Field Services” are lost.The order of the items also gets lost after these activities.Should these changes be made in a customization package?  Can they?The favorites menu seems to stay intact and so does a custom workspace we created.Any thoughts?  Thanks

Anyone who encounters the same issue? I have tried resetting the cache and restarting the application through Apply Updates page but still the issue occurs. I have also tried restarting the whole server but still the issue occurs. I encounter this one when I attempted to publish the updated customization. I tried to publish my customization package to another instance and server it push through. 

We are looking for a way to track how many phone calls our customer service team receives each day. We aren’t necessarily always looking to track the details of the phone call or who the phone call came from, but just how many phone calls received during the day.Right now our company is using a google sheet and phone operators are keeping track via sticky notes on their desk.

I have this purchased item that is also used in bills of materials. I’m wondering why inventory planning is allowing us to have a negative “projected on hand quantity” when I am asking for a safety stock of 2,200?
