Print Labels not working

After confirming the shipment in the Shipments (SO302000) screen and then click on Print Labels option under the Actions button, it is not getting redirected to the Carrier Labels (SO645000) form. Kindly guide us as to where are we missing in the step.

Have you verified with out customization packages, ?

 

Are you able to run the print labels directly from the screen instead from the shipment screen?

HI @harshitas00 

A few things to check:

  1. Under Enable/Disable Features, is the Shipping Carrier Intergration enabled?
  1. Is there a version of the Carrier Labels report that is not Active?
  1. Are you using a 3rd party shipping such as Shipstation?

As per your suggestion I’ve checked out that :

1. Shipping Carrier Integration section has ben enabled.

  1. There aren’t any report versions currently added in the Carrier Labels (SO645000) form.
  2. And at present, we aren’t using any third party shipping carriers. We are currently using the U100 data set in order to have some hands-on practice for the Distribution module.

As per your suggestion, yes we are able to run and generate the labels from the Carrier Labels (SO645000) form but not from the Print Labels option in the Shipments (SO302000) screen.

  2. Could you please confirm if the label is generated in the shipment screen

Wanted to share that 22R2 release now supports Print Labels from the Shipment screen when the device hub is configured.

 @harshitas00 - You need to have API integration between Acumatica and the Carrier (Ex. UPS). Once you have that in place, the carrier label will be attached on the second page of the Label that gets generated in Acumatica.
