Looking for documentation to set up kits with options.Can kits be nested together?  We would like to be able to print quotes with the Kit number with the Options listed. Also has anyone been able to use the rules as well. Thanks,  

Add a field to the Shipment summary area (Screen ID SO302000) that will show the orderDesc field from the most recent order linked to that shipment. This will be a read-only field and will not be stored with the shipment.  Im just using the sale demo data for this!     I'm using the    [PXDBScalar] for this but am pretty lost on how to use the search I know I want SOShipLine.tranDesc  most recent order from current selected shipment. 

Just started using native WMS functionality and starting to work PIs into the mix.  I am noticing when I can a PI and count a item, it is marking all lines in the PI as entered, even if I did not scan those locations and inventory IDs.  IS there a setting somewhere I am missing.  My assumption was that if I did not scan a location/tag, it would not count as entered.

We were sold Easystock as a supplement to Acu to manage our inventory, but have not been successful in getting it to work as it is advertised.  Our inventory is simple: 3000 skus in one location, 300 vendors, all purchased from only one of those vendors.  Anyone with experience with Easystock that would be willing to discuss their experience?Rick Dawsey

We have Acumatica 2020 R1.  We offer free shipping if the totol purchase of items in select Item classesst is over $500.  It appears we cannot configure Acumatica to give free shipping by Item Class.  Is there another way to achieve our goal of free shipping for customers that purchase over $500 in select items classes?  Can we achieve our goal in 2021 R1? 

I have a custom GI (attached) that shows SOs left joined to CRActivity. The purpose of this report (and join) is to find SOs that don’t have a task attached that has the name “Next Checkin”. This is how we make sure orders are being checked up on regularly.The full listing looks fine, but the filtered results show blank pages. If I skip forward a number of pages, it might show 1, 2, 10, or really any weird number of results. If I sort by SO number descending, all the non-blank results come to the top of the listing. However, adding a condition that eliminates all records with empty SO numbers, or SO numbers that are equal to ‘’ has no effect.Any thoughts on how to get rid of these blank records?

Greetings,The new Dropship workflow for the Cancel Order Action in 2021 R1 breaks the link between the Sales Order and Purchase Order lines (previously found in [SOLineSplit.PONbr]). However, it is sometimes helpful in our business analysis to see the entirety of a canceled Dropship order.Any ideas on how to reestablish a link?  I’ve tried the new Workflow engine a little, but because the links occur at the line level, I haven’t had much luck.Thanks!

Hello,During the purchase receipt process we sometimes update the prices because during the time of PO and Receiving prices can fluctuate a little.  Is it possible to maintain the new updated prices for future orders after updating the prices. Thanks!

Hi,A client has recently started using Pick Lists in the system with their new Bluetooth scanners, and they have noticed that the UOM shown in the Pick List grid (first image below) does not match what is in the Shipment (second image below) which is therefore causing the quantity to display as a decimal rather than a whole number.I had a look at one of the items shown in the Pick List grid and can see that it has a conversion set up from PK50 to CT1000, as shown in the third image below. I am under the impression that this is affecting what is displaying in the Pick List grid. I may be wrong though, so let me know if there is a different process for how this comes through.If this calculation is having an effect, would updating the Base Unit field for this item be the solution? As you can see in the third image, the Base Unit is set to CT500, which is what is displaying in the Pick List UOM column.Let me know if I can provide any further information.

How do we unlink a Sales Order from a Service Order? The Sales Order should not have been created in the first place, but it was - and 2 lines linked from the Sales Quote and the Sales Order are linked to the Service Order. Both the Service Order and Sales Order are “stuck”. We want to only bill the customer off the Service Order and cancel the Sales Order all tyogether, but Acumatica will not allow this. The Service Order is Complete but cannot be billed because of the link to the Sales Order. Suggestions?

I know you can set the default sales order on a company. However could you set it by branch? maybe with a Javascript? I have a need to run an intercompany orders via SO however I want the receiving company to be an an SA. Any thoughts?  

Hi All. I want to customize the Kit screen to include a barcode reader. Upon scanning the UPC code, the corresponding item should be identified, similar to how it matches the inventory ID. Hello,We have an issue with address verification for Brazil. We cannot print or email a quote for Brazil because it says “The AVS is not configured for the country "BR." We are using Vertex as our sales tax provider, and I am not sure this is their problem or if there is any optoin in Acumaitca to fix it from there.   

I am wondering if Acumatica has the ability to do this:We have metal coils we purchase by the pound. We purchase different thicknesses and colors. All coils are the same width. We want to make templates of the coils so that we can order custom lengths for each one, but we do not want to create thousands of individual part numbers that would all have to be managed individually. Creating them using the matrix feature, all of them can be managed through the template item. The question comes in with the UOM conversions. As mentioned, we purchase these in pounds, but we will be selling these in each. The resulting sheets that will be cut down to the ordered length will vary in its dimension. A customer could order any length, what I need to figure out is how to cost that, based on the template item. I assume that I need to use the conversion table some how but I cannot figure out how to make it work correctly. I’m interested to see how other people are determining when an order has all the materials to be able to ship. The scenario is that I am working with a custom manufacturer that has a mix of stock items and make to order items on the sales order. What is the easiest way to see which orders have stock to fulfill all lines, i.e. ship complete?

My custom order entry program has a Customer ID field.  The Edit Icon shows the list of customers and allows selection of a customer.  If the customer does not exist and the customer ID field is empty the Edit Icon will not popup the New Record screen.Screen Properties are set to true for AllowAddNew and AllowEdit.  AllowAddNew is not working. Is there something that has to be set on the Customer side to allow add new from my Custom program?

We get these credit referances all the time to fill out on account in good standing and avg days to pay, largest invoice etc. for one of our customers. Is there a report that shows this info? ThanksJohn
