MRP Details - history

Is there a way to view MRP Details from any prior date MRP was generated on? I would like to be able to show what MRP was recommending (and the Detail Inquiry to support that) from a previous date. For example, see what sales orders were driving the demand that may have been changed or deleted?Thanks

Recemmendation for 3rd party Hand Scanners

Greetings Acuamtica Community,I am on 2024 R1 version . I do not have the WMS module as my business doese not require all the bells and whisltes. I am looking for a 3rd party, hand held scanners to work with Acumatica to perform simply tasks, issue material of production orders/ sales orders , transfers between locations, receipts. Can anyone recemmend anyone other than FUSION ? Does anyone have experience with Team Viewer?

Intercompany Sales Price Not updating in the Sales Order

Hi Connections, I have a question about intercompany sales orders > Sales Pricing not updating as configured. I've provided the scenario below.Let's say inventory ST0034 I am creating a purchase order on behalf of SERVICE EAST Company. Vendor will be a WHOLESALE company. I set the vendor pricing as "RM 200" and the sales price as "RM 300". As I can see in the PO, the vendor price has been modified in accordance with the vendor pricing document. Then I convert that PO into a SO after noticing that the inventory price has not been updated as per the sales price in the sales order. Still, it appears to be merely the vendor purchase price. Since it was an intercompany transaction, we defined the price in sales pricing, Can anyone help me on this… Thanks in Advance. RegardsRam

Customer discounts for a specific Branch

We have several business units, setup as branches, which share numerous customers and vendors in common. We are looking for a way to control which customer and vendor discounts are applied based upon the branch of the order. For example, Branch A is extending a 25% discount to Customer A; Branch B is extending a 20% discount to Customer X.I understand that Acumatica uses a 2-factor matching strategy and our current customer discount setup is ‘Customer and Item Price Class’. Does anyone have a manageable method that might help extend differentiation to include Branch? We have hundreds of discounts and 7 branches (currently) that we would need to manage.TIA!Eric

Create a Payment in Invoice Release Another Process has Updated ARRegister error

My company charges actual freight to our customers. We collect payment for the product when the sales order is entered. Freight is added before shipment is confirmed. When the invoice is released a payment is created to cover freight.I get another process has updated the ‘ARRegister’ record. Your changes will be lost error. The following code does create the payment, but the payment staying in Pending Process status and the Invoice is not released. I would like to be able to release the payment and the invoice. Charge Transfer Shipment to a Customer's Carrier Account

A client of mine transfers products to their field reps through out US. Each rep is configured with their own WH in Acumatica. These transfers are for products that a customer requested as part of an appointment. As far as I am aware, Acumatica can not charge a customer carrier account for a TR shipment. Wondering if someone else came across this .. or has a customization developed? Client is using ShipEngine.

Somehow a lot of our Inventory on the Big Commerce site became “Untracked”. The check box labeled “Track Inventory” on all these items somehow became unchecked.Does anyone know how this happened and how we can fix this issue without doing it manually for each item individually?

Short Ship Wave or Batch

Is there a way to short ship a wave or batch pick list? Let’s say I go to the location and the item isn’t physically there and I need to confirm the batch or wave pick list without that item. Currently when I try to hit confirm line, or confirm pick it gives me an error that the pick list is not done.

Stock items - first sale date

Hi team, is there by default, or has anyone had success customizing a ‘first sale date’ on the stock item profile? This would function as the date of the first sales order released which contained that SKU. The idea being we could use this to report on product lifecycles. For instance, products are tagged as ‘Launch’ if their first sale date is <12months ago. We would then run a scheduled automation monthly to switch SKUs into the next sales phase at 13 months.Thanks!

Is there a Sales Order type which is not considered in inventory replenishment even the items has replenishment parameter's defined.If there isn't any order type like that then what would be the best way to neglect item from replenishment for certain orders and consider the same item in replenishment for the normal sales order.The purpose is to sell the damaged goods returned from some customer to other customers who are willing to buy it, but these orders should not be considered in replenishment.

How do i add a reference to a products carton qty and carton barcode information?

Hey Acumatica Community. Im hoping someone is able to point me in the right direction here and that its not something that needs an external plugin…..The scenario is i have a product that sells as each's but comes in a carton of 10. The carton has a different barcode to the product itself and i want to scan the carton barcode when paperless picking and for it to register as 10x units of the actual product. Can someone please explain what section of Acumatica i would go to set this up?Appreciate any help given.

latest build Build 22.113.0040 mobile device "set qty" is not working

Hi All, we updated to the latest build and now scan gun when you do scan transactions, the “set qty” is not working any more. So you can only add qty of 1 every time. This is very bad. Anybody else has this issue? know how to fix? Thanks. Alice

How do I Pre-Stage Inventory in WMS?

Our trucks don’t want to wait while we pull goods from our bins, so we pre-stage the loads on our shipping dock. Pick, Pack, and Ship allows us to move the goods for a shipment, but we pre-stage before the shipment is generated. How would we go about this with quantity/item validations like we have in Pick, Pack, and Ship? Ideally this would take in a sales order number, then we could choose the bins and transfer the goods. RIght now we’re using Scan & Transfer, but there is nothing guaranteeing that the team picked all the items or the correct qty of items for pre-staging. We only catch this at Shipment generation when we notice an item is missing or is shorted. Thanks!
