PO Create Prepayments is not including Non-Stock Items; Dropships Type

Good day,When creating a PO Prepayment the non-stock items and cost are not being added to the Create Prepayments screen; only the stock items.Is there a setting or something that is required to ensure that both stock and non-stock items are included on the Create Prepayment.  We are using 2022 R1.Thank youEvan

Unable to update Stock Item using webhook

Can you enter 2 AP Bills to one Land Cost Entry?

I have a situation where I need to have add a second AP bill to a Landed Cost Entry. After I create first AP bill, the landed cost is no longer available to be used.  I tried a partial amount.  I cannot change the qty.?

State column added to Customer lookup GI won't show in Customer Sales Order Lookup

I added the State field (part of Address DAC) to the Customer lookup GI. It shows fine in the GI view, but not in the Customer lookup inside the Sales Order lookup screen. Does anyone know how to make the State field show up inside the Customer lookup in the Sale Order screen?

Stock item number change

When Acumatica was setup for us a single Inventory ID number was used for an item that had 3 variations setup in the cross-reference for one of our wholesale customers - 1 pack, 3 pack and 12 pack.  In reviewing our data this was identified so we now have individual inventory id’s setup for each of the variations and have the cross - reference in place for the wholesale customer.  The new orders work perfect, but wondering if there is a way to go back and modify the inventory id for those past orders to have them align with the proper variation either the 1 pack, 3 pack or 12 pack.  TIA!

Prepare Replenishment screen times out

The process was working OK and no recent changes have been made to the configuration, nor to any customization. Normally there is around 150 to 200 skus that come up to be processed.Trace window:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Transfer ERQ: Thread was being aborted..System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted. Any ideas?Thanks

Two Step Transfer on Mobile Apps.

I'd like to inquire about the "Scan & Transfer" option. It appears to be a one-step transfer. Could you please explain how a user can acknowledge a transfer receipt (Two-Step Transfer) using a mobile device?  One of our customers wants to be able to execute two-step transfers on the mobile app. Thanks Ram

Taking Inventory Issues

I don’t think this has been said before but I wanted to ask here just in case…We have a extensive warehouse and we are planning on doing an inventory run sometime soon. We have just upgraded to 2021 R2.​​​​​​ And we are using handheld scanners for the first time instead of physical sheets.When doing a physical count, is there anyway to see what logged in user on the handheld scanned which item? We don't seem to see a way to do that. When you select the confirm button, it confirms the whole PI number and selects all items within the PI List  from ‘Not counted’ to ‘counted’. Thus we are losing visibility to what we are missing as items not counted yet will show a qty of 0. Is there a way to ‘Update’ what was already scanned and confirm single items were counted?

UPS Error 120309

Hello all, I am in the process of configuring integrated shipping. When I try to confirm the shipment for a UPS carrier, it returns “Carrier Service returned error. 120309:Missing or invalid ship from phone number”. What is causing this error? Thanks!

Always have alert Note for Customers / Suppliers / Products visible in transaction

The alert note are actually visible only when we open a new transaction, but would be helpful to have it everytime we open any SO, PO… (all kind of transaction), or add an option to be visible always or only once. Some note need to appear even when an employee open an existing transaction to reduce risk of error, or because it might process by another one.

How to restrict matrux item form to relevant crossings only (SO301000)

Our client sells clothes that are tracked based on colors and sizes.He has created all possible sizes and colors as attributes. It would probably have been better to create different tables for different sizes for instance (it gathers sizes of clothsand shoes). For instance size :This leads to very large sets of possible crossings, while he will need only few of them : In the IN203000 screen, Matrix Items sreen, only the check one is created. That is perfect! :However, when in matrix view entry mode in SO301000, all possible crossings are made available.Ils it possible to display only the possible crossings instead of all (all the more as only those can be filled)

Vendor cross reference no populating when creating purchase orders from SO BUG in 22R1

If alternate IDs with the Global and Vendor part number types were specified on the Cross-Reference tab on the Stock Items (IN202500) form for a stock item and a purchase order was created for a sales order with this item, the system inserted the global alternate ID instead of the vendor part number in the Alternate ID column on the Details tab of the Purchase Orders (PO301000) form for the item Fixed in 22R1 Update 10 Build 22.110.0018.

Can Acumatica regulate the expiry date in lot/serial tracked inventory shipment/transfers?

Hi Connections, I’ve a query related to expiry date control in Acumatica. Every inventory is specified as lot/serial and has an expiry date. As a result, based on that approach, expired items should not be processed. Is there any evidence that an item was expired at the time of shipment/transfer? Either Warning Message/ Allow / Don’t Allow Setups.,  I couldn't find any settings that would help me control this concern.  Hope you guys can help me on this topic. Thanks Ram

Recalculation of the margin after variation of the average cost of the item sold

Is there a way to recalculate the margin of a stock item sold, to take into account a cost adjustment recorded after the sale, but which relates to a receipt prior to the sale ?Example :02/01/2021: purchase receipt of the article with a cost of 100 USD02/01/2021: billing of the purchase receipt with the same cost02/02/2021 : sale of the stock item for a price of 130 USD => margin equal to 30 USD02/03/2021 : landed cost of 10 USD related to the purchase receiptI would like the margin of my sale to be recalculated to 20 USD. Is it possible ?
