Hi All,since our business have some PO with dropship type we have to manually tick the freight line to complete (dropship freight is a non-stock item) to able to receipts the whole PO). is it possibility for the freight dropship to be auto-complete?

We have an overseas Vendor from whom we make large orders which frequently come in multiple shipments. When they send a shipment, we get an advance listing of the details of the partial shipments, like lot numbers, final quantities, or discounted items, which we use to get the purchase receipt set up in advance to make receiving go more smoothly. Additionally, since undershipping and overshipping are also common, we adjust the Purchase Order to reflect what the final quantities are so that our Availability figures are correct. Our issue is that when we have a first pre-receipt created, the purchase order cannot be edited until that first shipment is received and processed, so any items on subsequent shipments can’t have their availabilities updated or any other adjustments made which come with the vendor’s shipment confirmation. We can have open receipts like this for weeks to months. Is there a way to only lock down individual lines of a PO which are on an open receip

Hi everyone,May i ask for your help/insight with regards to this kind of inquiry in Sales Order > Shipment moduleScenario:I got two different SO transactions(SO#014067 & SO#014068) in one Shipment transaction, then I made the first shipment  of SO#014068 all the way to invoicing and payment of it, then the status of shipment transaction is Partially Invoiced.Now, my question is how can I edit the Shipment QTY(because I want to ship some SO lines in a partial) or how can the CORRECT SHIPMENT field can be use in this kind of scenario?Please any insight will be appreciatedPlease see screenshot for your referenceggil SO#014067 014068

Hi Acumatica community,Does anyone know how to adjust the file that is created when you click “print shipping labels” (from the easy post integration) so the size of the label works for a label printer? We use the zebra printers where the labels print directly to a sticker so we need to remove the extra white space on the page or have the page size adjusted to reflect the 4”x6” label size.Our workaround is to print the labels one by one, but it seems unnecessarily time consuming.Thanks for any advice or ideas!

Does anyone have experience in moving from LIFO to Average costing as part of an Acumatica implementation? I’m working with a client who is going through this process and looking for some insights and best practices.

Hi Team,We have customized the process order screen for client requirement to include one more action, we would like to check if, parallel processing can be turned off for this specific action and verify it that is causing This action includes a print job and for some reason, for few records we see duplicate prints.If this not feasibility, open for your suggestion. 

Hello Community!I’m curious if anyone out there is currently using Acumatica or a third party software that integrates with Acumatica for Bulk Truck Loading operations?  We’re a company that has a division that loads bulk materials into customer’s trucks on our site. We also have a rail spur we do bulk loading from. I’ve seen several solutions for fleet management but this isn’t our fleet and we’re not managing the trucks after they leave our facility.  We currently have a home grown application we’ve used for many years that we’re looking to replace with Acumatica and/or a natively integrated solution.Some key things we’re looking for:Scheduling Customer Pickups (Day and Time by Pickup Number) Truck / Customer Tracking per  Matching Pickup to Order/Shipment Rerouting Shipments to alternate customer locations Scale Operations Rail Operations (Multi-car and Multi-destination) BOL Creation

Hello,     This is not a must have requirement, and somehow I can use report designer to fulfill it. We don’t really want the 0 qty invoice line, we just want to display the 0 qty line on printed out invoice.The line which is shipped in 0 , but have been placed in Sales Order.       This requirement is due to some complaint from our customers that they are arguing our order takers have missed their items on Sales order.      So we are tending to put the 0 shipment line on invoice.        I am just wondering, is there a switch to make the 0 shipment line still appear on invoice? Like we are having SO preferences which is allowed to generate 0 shipment line on shipment.     Please advise.

Hello,      Correct me if I am wrong, by reading the help doc, I find the route management Acumatica provided is some kind of Manually Management.      We are looking for something more automatically,  is the below need possible?1, Supposing we have recorded trucks information, customer location information, customer work calendar information, the item weights, the item volumes, the warehouse site location….  All Acumatica can capture.2, Like we having 100 orders a day to deliver.Can the system intelligently/automatically help calculate the routes, like below:1,  based on the trucks Infor, the SOs’ total weight, total volume, to determine which truck takes which orders.2, Based on the customer location, site location, customer calendar to determine the stop sequences of the routes.

Hello Community,We have faced one unique problem where our punch out creates cross references for all the NON-STOCK items from PUNCHOUT orders. Recently one of our customer reported that one or more items have the same manufacturer part# but different UOM making Acumatica cross reference reject the alternate item entry. After researching we found that Acumatica cannot accept alternate ID with multiple UOM for the same manufacture item from the vendor.Have you faced similar issue with your PUNCHOUT or using alternate IDs and what solution have you implemented? By the way this PUNCHOUT feature is a native Acumatica customization developed by our team but we saw this problem as common to everyone who uses alternateID for their cross reference.Any feedback or solution on this will be greatly appreciated.Vivek Vemunoorivivek@xtramilesoft.com  

Looking for a good solution to implement cross-docking processes in Acumatica.   Basically, we pull inventory available to a “stage” or “picking” location for a SO then wait for other SO items to come in on a PO that should get cross-docked to shipping and get married with the “stagged” inventory quickly.  

When creating multiple AP Bill for a single Service PO, the quantity for the second AP Bill appears as 0.00 by default. I have done the following setups but am wondering if I missed anything, as logically, if the PO is still open (and set PO Line to close by Amount) then irrespective to the number of AP Bills the quantity should repeat at 1 (unless Acumatica defaults is 0.00 - can this be changed).Below is the scenario, using Acumatica demo data.Non-stock Item setup: Close PO Line: By AmountPO created for 1 unit at unit cost of USD20001st partial AP Bill created for USD 800.00. For certain Sales Order Types - example RC (return for credit) - the Customer Service operator needs to be allowed to process the order completely thru. Including confirmation of shipments (normally a function of the warehouse) - Thu this person would not be allowed to access and confirm shipments for orders that are not RC type.

Hello all,Recently while implementing Punchout feature for Acumatica for a customer, the users showed us how they utilize the replenishment functionality to create multiple orders for different vendors.While designing the Acumatica feature we focussed only on the Vendor site connection and bringing CART back into Acumatica and create either Requisition or a PO for approval and then sending order directly to Vendor.Now this replenishment order creation caused us delay in our implementation. So the question is how many of you actually use this feature to create orders. If you use “PUNCH OUT” feature how useful this feature to you to place orders directly from replenishment to approved Vendors?  We would like to hear this from the users who are heavily purchasing and have to either entry in Acumatica and then the vendor order site or sending the PO to their order system via email. We appreciate your feedback as this helps us plan and address

We have a manufacuturing client that requires down payments and progress billing for large machines they manufacture.  Is there a good process for invoicing progress bills without project accounting?We are currently investigating adding non-stock progress bill lines on the sales order/invoice to accomplish this.

Hi Team, I hope you’re doing well. I am working on a client requirement to automate their card payment re-authorization process. I’m currently testing this in my local instance (2025R1) but have run into an issue. I have two Sales Orders with expired payments, but they are not appearing on the Credit Card Processing screen. Despite adjusting the parameters, I still can't get them to show up. Is there a specific setting or step I might be missing? A user created a shipment with an incorrect quantity and prepared an invoice.  The associated Shipment 000123 has a Confirmed status.  When trying to correct the shipment the message is:Shipment already posted to inventory or invoiced for order SO 03697601, shipment cannot be reopened.The associated invoice has a Balanced status.  My understanding is that we need release the invoice, then create a sale order Credit Memo to return the inventory, and finally create a new shipment. However when attempting to release the invoice the error is:The Status for 000123 Shipment  cannot be updated The same error message appears when trying to delete the balanced invoice.  It seems like there is some corruption or inconsistency in the data.  We h

Dennis Henry, ControllerI recently migrated from Sage 500 To Acumatica and we installed the SalesOrderTypeDefaultReasonCode module from github. Adding default reason code by sales order enables you to set default sales and sub GLs when a reason code is for each sales order.  For example all of our sales service reps orders use the CSRSO which sets a default sales gl account and default sales sub account to 40010 and 11 respectively.PROBLEM: Most sales orders with their associated reason codes work just fine. However in some instances the system appears to ignore the reason code defaults.  And it most cases it completely ignores the reason codes’ sub defaults.  See attached images 1-5.  Any assistance would be appreciated. Hello,      Happy 2026.     Our company's scenario is as follows: We have two branches – Branch A (corresponding to Warehouse A) and Branch B (corresponding to Warehouse B).    We have certain items that are centrally procured by Branch A but sold to end customers by Branch B.    When using the replenishment function, we hope to monitor the inventory of Warehouse B. Specifically, when Warehouse B's inventory falls below the reorder point, it should trigger the preparation for replenishment.     However, we want the procurement to be conducted by Branch A with the vendor. In other words, the generated Purchase Order (PO) should be issued by Branch A (linked to Warehouse A) to the vendor.Is there a way to achieve this?
