Howdy,This is my first time attempt in the Community forum and I am still learning the product. So, correct me if I am wrong please.The report “Sales Order Details by Customer” should not display the total Qty if the UOM (unit of Measure is different). An HOUR is different from EA.The report should only display TOTALS for Line Total and Open Amount

Inventory Feed to Amazon/eCommerce Marketplaces

I’m new to this forum so if this is the wrong board for this please point me in the right direction. We’re a pretty large company running Acumatica. We sell both wholesale and retail, both on our own websites as well as external marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etc. We’re currently using Celigo to facilitate an API connection between Acumatica and these platforms to import orders, but we’re looking to export inventory from Acumatica to these platforms as well. Being that we currently have over 60,000 SKUs it’s impractical for us to export our entire inventory to these platforms, so we’re looking to set up a feed that only pulls inventory from items whose inventories have changed since the last update. We’ve hit a wall with Celigo because we can’t seem to access the LastModified field on StockItems>WarehouseDetails and Celigo can’t track changes without that timestamp. New Customization feature screen (Do able?)

Good Morning, Good Evening, Good Afternoon.. today i would like to find out if something might be useful or not.We are using the German equivalent to Acumatica called Lexbizz. It uses the same Infrastructure, just looks a bit cleaner and might be a bit improved at some points.So far so good. Let me Start at the beginning:HistoryWe already have a lot of Customers using Customizations to fit their needs. Some Customizations are bigger and more complex, others are quite small.But still - over time the number of customization projects increases and therefore ourneed to create a workable base for our project leads to work with them. Get Current User's Name and Role in Customer Portal

I'm working on customizing the landing page in our company's Customer Portal by using a Wiki page, and I need to modify the displayed HTML elements of this page based on the current user's role, as well as write the user's name into one of the HTML elements.What I'm trying to find is a way to make a call when the customer portal home page loads, to any already existing functions that would return the name and role of the current user, so that my javascript code can modify the HTML accordingly, or any other way to get this information and have it available in the backend when the user logs in.I’ve found that these codes apparently return the user’s ID and Name, in some aspx files in the Acumatica source code, but I haven’t found a way to use them in the portal’s home page, if it’s possible:PXAccess.GetUserID()Current<AccessInfo.userID>Current<AccessInfo.userName> Thanks in advance for your help!

Trying to sort by grouping in a GI

Hi, I am trying to do a GI get Month-To-Date, Year-To-Dae & Prior-Year Sales totals for an inventory item. There are multiple warhouses setup. I am using the INTran table, with a condition of the item & the TranType of Invoice. If I sort the results in Site Order (SIteID), the results do show in Site order. However, if I set the grouping to be by SiteID, results are totaled correctly by do not appear in Site Order.Is there a way to sort by the grouping conditions?No grouping:With Grouping:

Hello, I have created a new screen with a new graph, Also I have created an endpoint with this screen. The problem persists when i want to save a new record by this API. In fact if the table in the database is empty he create a new record but when i have one record he edit it. Best regards.

Hello, When I study the table, I see a lot of columns start with Fin or Tran.I konw Fin means the Finanical Period, How about Tran?I know YTD is year to date, PTD is period to Date.But what are tranPTD and TranYTD?For me, it looks like the same with FinPTD and FinYTD

Dashboard design--Branch comparision

Hello, We are having 4 branches. And the management would like to see data like below.I previously made the report in excel, and calculate each value speparately and fill in the cell.Now, they’d like to see it on dashboard. Our client wants to look at a PnL and compare it to the number of employees that were working in that department for the month. Is there a good way to use a statistical ledger or GI to get that number?I was thinking of a GI and then I got stuck.

Tax zones / Categories default to customer & vendor settings

Hi all...perhaps someone can share some ideas on following TAX (VAT) issues.To be able to create a meaningful tax report i have created 3 different tax zones and tax categoriesTax zone 01 / category 01 = local purchase and sales on 15% VAT. All stock items are set to this category, all good in this scenario.Tax zone 02 / category 02 = all foreign customers (exports) set to tax zone 02 / category 02, this category is set to 0% VATTax zone 03 / category 03 = all foreign vendors (imports) set to tax zone 03 / category 03, this category is set to 0% VATThe VAT for imports is paid by the customs clearing agency and invoiced as 'Custom VAT" together with other charges to us. In our tax report we need to show the total value of imports and total value of exports for the tax period.In my opinion the tax setting of the foreign customer and vendor should have priority over the tax setting of the stock item.Currently you have to go to each line item and manually change the category to 02 or 03 t

Payroll - Importing of Hours From External Systems

Hello all,I am new to Acumatica. What is the recommended approach for bulk importing of data from external timekeeping systems into the Payroll module?Specifically, my company is a franchisee of QSRs and the majority of our timekeeping is performed at the restaurant level through our POS system. We can currently get the data exported from our system either as a CSV or JSON formats. My question is, what is the recommended approach for importing such data into Acumatica’s payroll module for processing? We do not plan on using the Timekeeping features of Acumatica at our restaurants and entering the data manually is entirely impractical given the number of employees, so neither of these options will work. The system does not seem to expose a Web Service endpoint that could be used, nor did I see an “Import Scenario” that would be appropriate for bulk import. Any suggestions?Thanks!

We have recently upgraded our demo data to the latest 2021R1 demo data set and in Service Management, the year on all of the orders and appointments are 2022 and 2023. Is this an error in the data from the new demo data or something else happening?

Line number on Sales orders

We have employees that use the numbering of the lines on a sales order to help ensure accuracy when entering a large SO.Our employee Lisa entered SO 102812.The line numbering was not sequential (I guess the line numbers "skipped" from like 11 to 20 something)But I look at it today and its varied with line #s missing throughout.I then looked at the audit history, to see if lines had been deleted or something. But honestly I can’t really make a lot of sense out of the audit history detail. Would you be able to identify why lines would not remain sequential?Not only with this specific sales order, but in general, what would cause this?

Change Displayname from underlying field

Heyi would like to change a display name from a field within the attribute editorbut everytime i try to click on “Change Attributes” it shows i cant edit the attributes because the underlying field is a replacement. How can i edit it if this error message appears?i am looking since hours and cant find a solution.

import scenario - create service order and link it back to the case

We have a business event/import scenario that is creating service orders from cases, but because we are not clicking Actions > Create Service Order from the case itself, the newly created service order does not link back to the case it originated from. I looked at similar import scenario threads that linked other documents together, such as tasks and activities and took that approach with service orders, but it didn’t work. Is this possible without customization?

IN Receipt unit cost issue and how to fix?

Hello, I’ve met a case, to make it easier to understand, below are the simple example:Item A has 2 UOMs, which is 1 Case = 50 lb, lb is the base uom and case is the sales and purchase uom.We purchased ItemA at $50 per case, however , at that time someone forgot to put the conversion rate on item, so the IN Receipt records the item was receipted at $50 per lb. Which is wrong, should be $1 per lb. We paid vendor at $1 per lb (cost on bill) and sold to customer at $2 per lb, which are both correct. However, as the internal profit analysis, this item shows highly negative profit, It shows every case we sold ($100), we are loosing (100-50*50) $2400, which is not true. I already did IN Adjustment to correct the average cost of the item, from $50 to $1 per lb. The afterwards sales would get correct profit. However, we have already sold a lot of the items on a lot of invoices, and these invoices have been closed. We do not care too much on the profit analysis on single

BOM Updating the Expiration Date on the Material item line

Is there away to update the BOM material items expiration date? We just are testing some BOMs in our pilot configurations. and realized that some items have expired? As far as I can tell you would need to make a new revision? Does the expiration date effect using the BOM in Production.I am new to Manufacturing. I figured you should be able to update the existing.
