AP revaluation does not revalue credit and debit adjustments. - 2021 R1

Yes. That is the statement. Open debit and credit adjustments on a multi currency vendor account are not revalued.Why?I know that prepayments are not revalued which are slightly different but again why? ThanksJAmes

Blank PurchaseReceipt report returned from screen SOAP API

Sign Out of Outlook plug in?

I added the Outlook plug in on my local Outlook and would like to switch which user it logs in as.I am using 2021 R2. It has a Sign Out button, but it doesn’t seem to do anything.I tried removing and re-adding the plug in, but it is keeping the login info so I can’t change it. There must be a file somewhere this is kept?

Staff Utilization Acumatica

I am wondering if anyone has ideas on where to start with a customization to accurately capture field staff utilization in Acumatica. Our work is all project based and we have hundreds of projects running at a given time. Teams are tracking Travel time in the projects under the tasks IBT and OBT (inbound and outbound travel) The rest of tasks are onsite time. I am hoping to shape the data in a way I can use the stock Dashboards to report Onsite vs Travel time and %of 40 hours a week but in a GI I can’t seem to create all the calculations I need so am thinking I need to have a custom field or two to store the data. My GI is based on PX.Objects.CR.PMTimeActivity and left joins in the Projects and Tasks to use the common name between projects for the tasks.Here is the way I am calculating the hours “Onsite” in the GI =((CDec([PMTimeActivity.TimeBillable]) - iif( [PMProject.ContractCD] = '1',CDec([PMTimeActivity.TimeBillable]),0) - iif( left(CStr([PMTask.TaskCD]),3) = 'IBT',CDec([PMTi

Autocomplete will not limit to clients/vendors default families

Hi !Just updated to the brand new 2021r1 and we have an issue with the autocomplete feature when used to find a client or a vendor reference.On the previous Acumatica version we used (2018r2), the autocomplete suggested only clients/vendors of the default family. I mean by that, the family set as default on the client/vendor preferences screen :Now, it suggests clients/vendors from all the families.How to apply the “default family” filter to the autocomplete suggestions, so it suggests only clients from the client family set as default in the preferences (same with vendors) ?Thank you :)

Custom Integration Scenario "x items have not been processed successfully." - But data instereted correctly

I created a custom Import Scenario that uses the Employee screen. It essentially calls a custom Action I created. The action performs no redirection; it merely creates a new PREmployee record.The configuration is below: When I try to run this in an “Import by Scenario”, I receive an error: Error: x items have not been processed successfully. View name: Employee. No errors appear next to the individual items. Furthermore, the action performs as expected; the PREmployee record is created.Why might this error be appearing and how might I troubleshoot?

Mobile app not redirecting to from SO644000 report

I am currently developing a customization on the SO503050 screen including mobile. The problem that I am facing is that I already configured everything to be able to redirect the user after the process action is completed but its not redirecting. I attached some images about what I already configured: On the Update MENUOn my custom screenAnd I have already added the respective add Screen “SO644000” of type report for each of the reports. I am missing something?

Active Pivot Filter Color Scheme

Is there a place I can override the background color applied to an active Pivot filter. Acumatica default seem to be applying something derived from the primary color override for the active Company or Branch. In our case it makes the active filter indistinguishable from the non-active filter, causing much confusion with our users. I don’t need to match the theme, just need to know filter is active.Any alternative (i.e. changing color of text and/or funnel icon) would be acceptable also.

Populating usrFields from Project Task to Time Activity

I have been attempting to update 2 Boolean field values on Time Activity based on the same usr fields in the PM-Task Table. So when a time card has the project Task with “OnSite” Checked or “Travel” Checked it will carry over to the Time Card. Once created I plan to use this to create fields to match Billable and Total Billable on the Time cards. I understand that is best done with Event Handlers and maybe this would have been as well. This is my first time working with Attributes and I have tried to write this a number of ways but somehow I am missing something. My code is below if anyone has any ideas. Dear AllI am new for Project module and have 2 question regarding Billing rules & InvoicingIs it possible to include Sales Prices form Sales Price Screen in Cost Budget for Stock Items? Unit Price column takes Default field from Stock Item and I cannot seen any other possibility to put any Sales Price on the layout and also later for Invoicing(Sales Price Screen is not an object for Billing rules calculation logic) If Kit functionality is used - is it possible to put on Invoice Finished Good instead of its components from Cost Budget that are purchased for that Kit to be created?I would be grateful for any tips. Variance account vs Inventory

Could you please precise following statement: https://help-2021r1.acumatica.com/(W(27))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=3fb8f768-a8ea-44a8-9a4f-8b78ecb947e8 The issue is to understand clearly when the financial badge of landed Costs are being posted to the inventory and in which case it should be posted to the Variance account.Note: Evaluation method is : averageAs far as I understood is, that the inventory on Hand should be 0 (Goods are sold out) so that the posting will be done to the Variance account.Unfortunately I have several cases where the postings are still going to the Variance account although inventory of the received item is still available (in the concerned warehouse).Does anybody know if there are other reasons for this behavior. The goal is to have the posting to the inventory (and Accrual account) as there is quantity available

How can I search for a Marketing Campaign based on an attribute?

I’m working on importing leads using a webhook. I can get all the lead data to insert into acumatica but we have a requirement to set the Source Campaign of the lead depending on which one of our websites the lead comes from. I’ve added an attribute on the Marketing Campaigns called LEADWEBSIT. I want to use the website address to search for the correct Marketing Campaign based on the value in the LEADWEBSIT attribute. For example the website the lead comes from could be https://ourmainsite.com/contact-us/ or it could be https://ourmainsite.com/demo-survey/The LEADWEBSIT value would just be ourmainsite. Report Designer: Parameter Display search does not work properly.I have 3 parameters, but one of them is not fully working.Build of parameters:Display CorrectSearch with the Char “P”. Shows Nothing.Search with the second digit of the actual TaskID. Display Correct.Obviously, I shouldn't have to search with the Task ID but with the Task CD.
