How might a company rotate stock without using lot trace?

A company holds customer consignment inventory. The printing, applying and scanning of internal lot numbers to enforce FIFO or FEFO requires too much extra effort.Does anyone have some special trick to know which location of the same item holds older inventory without turning on lot trace?

Import for AR History in Migration Mode not showing up on Customer Transaction History Report

Hi,I imported AR History via Cash Sales in migration mode. Everything imported correctly. No issues there. However, when I try to run the Customer Transaction History report nothing is showing up. Do you know why? Do I have to customize the report to reflect the data. I ran Customer History and the migrated information showed up there and also on the AR Register. The client is on 2023 R1 Canadian version. Let me know.Thank you,Frances

Activities per SO Detail Line

Hopefully this isn’t a repeat of something but… is there a way to add multiple Activities to a Sales Order’s Detail Line?In this particular case, I’d be inserting the data via an API so I’d have access to information not normally attainable by a user, like the actual id of the line and not just the sort or row number.It would be grand to be able to see/access this information by clicking on a custom icon per Detail Line but it would also be acceptable if the records were simply accessible by the Activity feature at the top of the SO screen. Thoughts? Has anyone already done something like this? ;-)

Is there a way adjust the BE datasource GI without coming to Generic inquiry setting screen(SM208000)

Hello, I am sorry. I don’t know whether it is too much to ask.We are using a GI as the datasource of Business Event to monitor the PO receiving. The GI is with predefined monitor conditions by me.And I help change the conditions if user ask. I know, I know, it should be not difficult to teach the user change the conditions himself.But the user I served is not so good at computer. And I am also afraid he might get something wrong if he works directly on Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000). Is there a way he can adjust the datasource without coming to Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000).?

Manuel shipments in Acumatica

Is there a way to create a generic ‘shipment’ to send manual shipments that are not tied to an SO? Basically like the generic shipping interface on stamps.com with name, address, city, state, zip… box dimensions and weight. Just to be able to do it all within acumatica seamlessly. Thanks.

I need a GI to show the Purchase Receipt History info, and the Element Properties show the name POReceiptPOOriginal. But this error message prompts ‘Invalid object name 'POReceiptPOOriginal'.’. Any other way to get the relation table?

Trying to mark a Sales quote as converted and am getting validation error in the PX.Objects.CR.QuoteMaint graph.

We are trying to mark a sales quote as converted but when attempting to do so, we are getting the following errer “Cannot save changes to the database and execute the markAsConverted action due to a validation error in the PX.Objects.CR.QuoteMaint graph.”The Opportunity has two sales quotes. This one is not marked as the primary quote. Does anybody know how to get resolve this?

Using a "grid" import for multiple PO Receipts?

Has anyone created or attempted to create a customization that would provide a user interface where an Excel file containing multiple rows of PO Receipt information could be used to generate multiple receipts based on a PO Number being associated with each row? Basically, a grid interface like is typically seen in various components of Acumatica wherein a “user” simply imports the desire info. This would alleviate the need to use an import scenario, which we do not want most users to touch. It would be a tremendous efficiency gain for those processing PO Receipts. Currently, my users have the worksheet and they have to split the information out into separate files to perform the grid level import for each individual PO Receipt. I’m hoping someone else has thought of and created such a customization. I’m too new to Acumatica to create what I believe is a more complex customization.

Serialised item expiry date to appear on the equipment record

Our client sells a serialised item that has an expiry date. The item becomes an service equipment. We need to see the expiry date on the equipment record. It seems that all that is available is a warranty expiry but this wont work as the expiry date is set by the manufacture whereas a warranty runs from the date of the customer purchase.Thanks James

Blank space in Multiline textbox on a report form

We have a quote form where the description is in a multiline textbox that wraps to multiple lens when the text is long. We ran into an issue that the textbox expands to an additional line before the text wraps to that line, leaving a blank space before the next row.The style is set in the template form.I assume it is because the space allowed for each character is too much, so the textbox expands before the text needs to wrap. Is there any way to fix this issue, or perhaps this is a bug? Thanks,Harlan
