Account details on Inventory Allocation Details

I am wondering if anyone else has seen the Account details disappear on inventory allocations once the allocation has been filled? We see on items that are marked as SO to purchase that the account details show, but once the item is received these details disappear. At this point the allocation is still valid as the items have not been shipped. See screenshot

Mobile App - Payments and Applications 2020R2

Hi All,Have you encountered this issue with the Type in Payments and Application using the mobile app where it defaults to Balance WO? Every time you select a different Type, it automaticall goes back to Balance WO type. I'm not sure if this a bug with the Mobile app but even using the Balance WO type doesn't work. Selecting a Reference Nbr. doesn't do anything. Thank you.

Project Balance to Bill field

Is it possible to get the balance remaining to bill for a project contract on the Project Revenue Budget or Pro Forma Invoices screens as a dollar format? This is the Revised Budget Amount less the Actual Amount but it only appears in percentage format. We can compute on a GI or Report, but we’d like to see the dollar amount itself as a field.

Chrome update 91 expiring user sessions (2020 R1)

Customer is having an issue using Chrome with 20.104.0012. Upon login, the session expired pop up appears, and the user can’t click into anything. Anyone else having this problem with the latest Chrome update using 2020 R1? I know older versions have experienced issues, but I haven’t seen anything related to an Acumatica version this recent. We have cleared history, cache and cookies. Thanks!

Multiline tooltip

Has anyone played around with tooltips and doing multiple lines. We want to add some helpful information for new sales reps to understand the different statuses of sales orders (and other fields). To do that, we want to put each status on a line of the tooltip for status along with a definition. The problem is that we can’t get any new line trick to work. Base currency in Currency Info

Hi Team,I have issue with the Base currency in CurrencyInfo table. MultiCurrency enabled. (Acumatica Cloud ERP 2021 R1Build 21.103.0054)First, I have two tenants :tenant with fresh create and create company with Base currency CAD. Azure AD License surprise 2019 to 2020 upgrade

Hello,Just wondering if anyone else has been running Azure AD SSO since 2019 only to upgrade and now you have to pay for that feature. Guess I should have paid more attention that is on me. But to break our current setup after an upgrade and requiring a license that was not required before is bad form in my opinion. At the very least should have had access to this feature until my current licensed expired.-Matt

Subcontract owner list doesn't include all employees

The employees available to select as subcontract owners are only the logged-on employee plus the employees who are members of the workgroups to which the logged-on employee belongs. Does anyone know why the list is filtered this way, instead of listing all employees like other owner lists?

FA error: The fixed asset contains unreleased transactions. Release them to continue splitting the assets

Hi,I was about to depreciate an asset but the system warns stating that “FA error: The fixed asset contains unreleased transactions. Release them to continue splitting the assets”.When I checked the unreleased FA transactions and was about to release the batch, there is still an error stating “FA Error: Calculated depreciation of the Fixed Asset tries to post into the period 12-2020. It can be posted only to current period 09-2020.”What I did was open the FA period from 09-2020 and added the Financial Supervisor role in my access just in case that was the cause of the error but I still encounter the said errors. Please help. Thank you.

I have a question on fixed fee projects and the movement of WIP after billing has occurred. I have a project I set up as Fixed Fee and we generate an invoice every month for the fixed amount. Why does the WIP account have hours that have already been billed?

I have a project that is not creating an invoice even though there are hours to bill. It also is not showing up on the summary Unbilled Time and Miscellaneous report. Any ideas how to correct?

Activities per SO Detail Line

Hopefully this isn’t a repeat of something but… is there a way to add multiple Activities to a Sales Order’s Detail Line?In this particular case, I’d be inserting the data via an API so I’d have access to information not normally attainable by a user, like the actual id of the line and not just the sort or row number.It would be grand to be able to see/access this information by clicking on a custom icon per Detail Line but it would also be acceptable if the records were simply accessible by the Activity feature at the top of the SO screen. Thoughts? Has anyone already done something like this? ;-)

Is the Description Choice in the Shop for Rates Screen a Bug? 2021 R1

I’m pretty sure the “ship via description” field was the “description” field in the shop for rates screen in 2020. Why was it switched to the service method in 2021? Was this a mistake? I would argue that the ship via description was better

Posting Journal Trans to Vendors for Expenses

Hello, we are not using the time and expenses module but I would like to upload a journal file for CC expenses. Ideally I would like to book the liability by employee so we can see who has balances when reconciling. It does not appear the system will let you add a Customer/Vendor on the GL journal. Without having access to time and expenses is there a way to achieve this?

How to configure free shipping on an basis or item class basis

We have Acumatica 2020 R1. We offer free shipping if the totol purchase of items in select Item classesst is over $500. It appears we cannot configure Acumatica to give free shipping by Item Class. Is there another way to achieve our goal of free shipping for customers that purchase over $500 in select items classes? Can we achieve our goal in 2021 R1?

Maxi / Aztec code support in Acumatica Designer

Is anyone aware of support for the Maxi / Aztec code barcode standard within Acumatica Report Designer? [ reference : https://www.barcodefaq.com/2d/maxicode/ ]We’re currently working through a phase of our implementation that dives deep into the Shipment Label needs of our larger customers. Some needs seem straight forward but end up at a dead end while others have slightly convoluted solutions. Oh, please note that we’re integrating with Easypost which will likely render the majority of our more typical Shipment Labels but these are not the labels I'm concerned about at this moment.Imho these larger customers' needs could be accommodated easily if we were to take ownership of the design of the Shipment label. I know there’s some decent work involved, which I've done before, but it would be a clean repeatable process.The main road block I now see is that Acumatica Report Designer doesn’t seem to support the Maxi / Aztec code barcode standard.Has anyone had the need to print this barcod

is anybody dispatching subcontractors in Acumatica?

How are users scheduling subcontractors? How are the subcontractors communicating job status and completion? Are they logging into a self-service portal? We have a need to schedule/dispatch subcontractors, the subcontractors receiving work from us and communicating job status and completion. How is this done in Acumatica? I assume it’s possible to set up subs as staff members and assign them appointments via service orders? For projects, how is this done? RFIs?

Need a Customer Lead Time Report

I need a report or generic inquiry to show customer lead time.Our users need to be able to enter a Starting Date and Ending Date based on Invoice Date.I would like to be able to run this report by selecting a single customer or all customers.The lead time would be calculated by subtracting the Invoice Date - Sales Order Date.I would prefer a report but I’m not familiar enough with the tables/relations yet to make this myself.I see the GI DB Ship On Time, so maybe we could modify this GI…I look forward to seeing what you guys and gals can show me.
