manufacturing environment:  there are plenty of reasons to correct a released labor ticket. I read the instruction but i just can’t figure it out.below is an example:the end time is 4:24pm below, say employee 1668 actual end time is 4:20pm. please help how to correct this? - Zoey  

HI, I’m trying to create an approval map where a manager will need to approve the AP bill for POs enter only by certain users. It doesn't look to be working. However if I uncheck the active box for the 2 employees in the conditions tab, the approval does work. I only need it for these 2 employees though. Any Thoughts?

I have a client that uses Subitems and I have modified some reports to show the sub item along with the inventory ID but they need the segment value description to print instead of the segment value. In this setup, there are 5 subitem segment IDs, e.g. W-AE-FRS-PA -1/10 where W = Wild, AE = UAE, FRS = Frescomar, PA = Panulirus argus and 1/10 = 1/10 lb. Is there a way to link by the subitem back to the individual segments and pull the description for any or all of the subitem segments that make up the subitem so instead of printing the subitem as W-AE-FRS-PA it would print as Wild-UAE-Frescomar-Panulirus Argus-1/10lb.

Hi,I have a requirement to default the tax category based on the entry type selected. Currently following options are available. My tax setup includes multiple tax categories under one tax zone. System picks the default tax category for the tax zone attached to the entry type.Use can manually change it. we can use a non-stock item to default the tax category. Use has to select the tax category and also the  entry type in the cash transaction. Is there any way that I can set the tax category to pick automatically connected to an entry type?Thank you,Dulanjana

Hi everyone,Hope everyone is doing well.I have come across a Fonts issue where printing of invoices looks fab however the email copy is quite shaky fonts not showing as required.Not sure how do I resolve this. Below are 2 screenshots of how it looks Left shows when printed from MYOB Advanced => Right looks when its emailed out.Even the Logo has a some shadow on right.I installed the fonts on all the local PCs. Please help, any help comment really appreciated :)

The Sales Quotes screen has an option to ‘Convert To Order’. This option pops up the screen below and when you click Create And Review, the system creates a sales order based on the sales quote and uses ‘throw new PXRedirectRequiredException(docgraph, "");’ to direct the user to the sales order screen.Below is the sales orders screen, the important point is that the sales order has not been saved to the database at this point. Hello community,I would like to know if we can have sub-licensing in Acumatica. We have a prospect where they record the transactions from different companies (probably their own clients) and they are looking if Acumatica allows sub-licensing, as they would also like to get the system implemented for those clients, under the same instance but as a different tenant. Came to know that we might not have the sub-licensing feature. I was wondering about the customer portal for all the clients. I would like to have your thoughts/suggestions on this, as to how can we implement this.Thanks in advance. 

Hello folks,Wanted to see if this was remotely possible.    But i have an import mapping setup that work in the following manner on the SALES ORDER entity in Commerce Connector: As you can see this will look for the “MISC” tag and if it exists it will map the customerID to my “ECOMGUEST” customer.  If FALSE, it maps to the C0000011 customer.  What I would LIKE to occur is that on the FALSE result of the IIF statement that it reverts to actually using the native connectors logic to either use the existing shopify customer or create a new one.  Possible?

Hi Team,I am working with 23R2 (Build 23.209.0023) Shopify connector. I have a custom table and a custom screen. I want to create a new Entity similar to the Stock Item and sync the data from custom table to Shopify as stock items. I tried to create a new graph using SPProductProcessor but getting error while inheriting from this class. Then I used ProductProcessorBase, using which I am able to get the data in Sync History but during sync objects are getting null and further processes are failing.Can anyone suggest the best possible way to achieve it.Thank you in advance !

Is there a timeline that an ISV is required to supported the latest revision of Acumatica? I’m wanting to upgrade to Acumatica 2023 R2 but I have a key ISV that has only released support for 2023 R1. Two months seems like more than ample time to release R2 support. Thanks,Justin

But After it is saved it shows the actual RefNbr like (1,2,3….) How can I stop showing this as a negative value. Can I show that as <New> instead of this negative value before saving the record. Thanks

I have an appointment that was completed by our field service team.  It shows completed in the Appointments GI, but when we go to select it we get an error that completely prevents us from opening the ticket.  It looks like a field reference error, the issue is we cannot get into the Appt anymore to troubleshoot.  Any ideas?

I have added a Parent/Child screen that both parent and child are Grid. When I select the Parent Grid row and insert rows to the child grid are parent/child fields are filled and saved in the child grid properly. However, when I switch from one row to another row in the parent grid, the child grid values are not refereshed. In both parent and child grid, SyncPosition=”True” and Navigate CommitChanges="True" are set to true. Even on the parent grid row selected events, I have add an event handler to referesh the child grid view using command “ApprovalRouteDefaultsView.View.RequestRefresh();” to refresh the Child Grid view but not sure what I missing that it doesnt work. When on the parent child grid I click on the “Refresh” button, it shows the correct data.

We are using Version 23.211.0017 22R2.  This upgrade changed the way retention was released.  When we upgraded, we had some open invoices that did not have retention released.  We released retention in this new version.  Once that retention was eventually paid for those existing invoices, the original invoice (not the retention invoice) never closed.  The whole project has a Zero AR Balance but it is still showing Open Invoices.  Any ideas?  It won’t let me write it off because there are no open line items and that is required for the write-off.  

Howdy y’all!I am trying to find a way to create tasks that would be linked to certain reports (ARM and Standard reports), like a month end checklist for finance users.  However, I see that Tasks can only be set for leads, contacts, opportunities, business accounts, cases, employees and projects.  I also researched Business Events but those seem to only be linked to Generic Inquiries.  There are no Activity tabs on the reports so I can’t use that option either. Am I perhaps missing something super obvious? Thanks!   

I have a generic inquiry to show all sales orders lines, but now I want to modify this to retrieve only most recent sales order’s SO Lines. How can I do that?

Our base currency is ZAR which is around 20:1 to the USD.When our approval values go through, I need them to translate into our base currency.In the following example, a PO for the following USD values:Will have the following ZAR values:This is how I have setup the approvals:The above example should have gone to the >150,000 approver, but went to the <150,000 approver.  Which field should I rather use that would use the base currency instead of the PO currency?  I have tried Line Total and I think Order Total.
