My client needs the ability to have multiple shipment open on a sales order simultaneously. The create shipments to tell the warehouse to prepare configuration of the shipping items, prepares a pro-forma invoice, and creates a shipment to send to US Customs.What have others done for their clients to achieve this or this type of need, workflow customizations?

If I want to add new DB fields on this screen, which table they will be added I know its ScanHeader DACExtension but I am not able to find the respective table. I need to add details like on which day this shipment was scanned it was scanned by whom and data like that. 

Hello!I am attempting to add some conditional formatting on the SO Order Details grid where the SO Lines are viewable when looking at a Sales Order.I have implemented a customization on the SO Order Entry graph which calculates the mark up of each line amount over total average cost of the line, which then puts this number into a custom field on an SO Line DAC Extension.I want to highlight the SO Line rows in red where the the custom field(usrMarkupPct) is less than 0.1.Everything I am finding says to edit the ASPX file of the Sales Order screen but I am not sure that is the best way to do this.Does anyone have any experience with applying formatting conditionally to SO Lines?As always, any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I need to change the SO line SalespersonID on multiple sales orders via import scenario. However, I’m not sure where to affect that field in the import scenario under “Line Details” as I would expect.I have a list of order numbers and their order types along with the new salesperson ID. Any thoughts on how to set this up via import scenario?

Hi All,In BigCommerce the sales categories are mandatory to create a new item, so that is why Acumatica-BigCommerce connector requires to have at least one category during the export. I would also recommend you to manage Sales Categories in Acumatica, this will simplify the process and allow you to have one source of truth. However, if you really need to manage sales categories in BigCommerce only, I can suggest you the following customization that will disable categories synchronization for existing items. Only new items will still require at least one sales category: Step 1: Go to Item Sales Categories screen (IN204060) and create 1 category with name “Unassigned”. Name can be anything, Unassigned was used just for example. Step 2: Go to BigCommerce Stores (BC201000) and used Unassigned category as the default Stock and Non Stock Item category. This will allow you to export a new item created in Acumatica to BigCommerce without any error. Step 3: Publish the attached customization “B

Hello,     Our vendor is requiring us send files which are exported from Acumatica to them by SFTP in daily basis.       Yes, this can be done manually, I can export the file to my local computer and then I use a SFTP client to send the file.       However, I am wondering can this be done in an automation way?      Thanks in advance.

Hello all,I am experiencing weird behavior with “DailyFieldReportEntry” graph events. When we have a CacheAttached Event in a graph typically it is the first one triggered by the platform to override DAC properties. As you can see in the below code on the same DAC I have two events. Acumatica triggers the RowSelected Event and everything works in my code as expected but oddly the CacheAttached Event is not triggered at all. But logically it should have been triggered before any other event. In fact, when I put a break on it to trace, it never is been hit at any point. I am getting the below error when trying to post an AP invoice. This is not a new item or new purchase type. It has been done numerous times in the past so not sure what is causing the issue now and how to fix. I am not seeing anything on the Posting class that looks “off”. Any thoughts on how to fix?   

We have a subreport for an Invoice that is working fine for the most part. The issue is that sometimes we have a duplicate item, qty of 1, that is listed as “Free”, gets a LotSerialNbr of it’s own. When we have this type of scenario, the LotSerialNbr’s from both get printed with each other. I have attached a Word document and the rpx of the subreport. I’m thinking that it has to do with the linenbr(s) from the subreport, but unable to narrow down as to the why. I’ve already tried passing the main report line numbers to the subreport as a parameter, and in that case all of the lotserialnbrs went away, even the one number that is assigned to the item in line 2.

Hey all,I’ve been working on the production order performance report for about two weeks now and am nearing completion with it My current issue is that it is printing separate line items for each inventory ID within a work order, when I would rather it sum the line items into a general work order. How do I achieve this?Thank you!

In 2023R1, a new checkbox called “Disable Automatic Tax Calculation” is introduced in the Order Types(SO201000) form. When this checkbox is selected, the system will refrain from recalculating the taxes for the Sales Orders and Invoices.   The Commerce connector will import the Taxes from external systems such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon etc., if the “Tax Synchronization” checkbox is selected in the Stores form.  If the “Tax Synchronization” checkbox is selected in the Stores form and if the selected Order Type in Order Type for Import selector has “Disable Automatic Tax Calculation” unchecked then a warning is shown to the user as “ The Disable Automatic Tax Calculation check box is cleared for the EO order type on the Order Types (SO201000) form. The SMARTSHEET SETTINGS tab added to Projects Preferences by the Acumatica/Smartsheet integration provides the ability to load Smartsheet templates into Acumatica.  You then map fields in the Smartsheet templates to Acumatica fields.  Invoking this features loads a number of existing templates.  What I’m not able to determine is, how do I add to this list Smartsheet templates that I've created myself?

We are trying to work out how to automate the allocation of stock to orders which cannot be fully completed.There is no process to automatically “allocate” stock to orders.  It would be great if there was.Due to stock shortages and the need to keep customers happy our client has to manually allocate stock to orders which is very time consuming.  Some customers end up getting 10% of the order, some all of it if it is a very large order; there are many factors that come into play. Thanks

I saw this post:  I’ve also tried following those instructions, but right at the beginning I’m seeing a difference between the guide and the links it gives you.The first step is to sign in, by selecting the following:  The above image no longer appears on the registration page, we now get: The issue is that this doesn’t seem to update, the sign in button sends me to:https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/developers/which still doesn’t sign me in, so I click SIGN IN at the top and am redirected to my PowerBI portal, but the registration form still doesn’t see me signed in and is stuck on Step #1. I’m kind of dead in the water for getting a dashboard widget configured now.Anyone have a guide for connecting these two platforms that is current? Or am I missing a step?
