Hi

Considering there is no out of the box row level restriction group for cases, how do you manage that?

Let say the HR open a case for a layoff of a person. We don’t want to have this case accessible of every one.

Have you gotten a solution to this? I am interested in the same thing from an IT perspective. Or would a third party solution to manage such tickets be a better option?
