New row button on grid not working

I have a simple table and a grid to add records to it. The Account Mapping grid works. But on the Branch Mapping grid, when I click the “PLUS” icon, the icon goes grey and no new row is available on the grid.Before clicking PLUS This is what is looks like after clicking the PLUS icon: The table is very simple. When a Company is selected, the view for the grid is public SelectFrom<ICSBranchMapping> .Where<ICSBranchMapping.organizationID .IsEqual<ICSSetup.organizationID.FromCurrent>>.View BranchMapping; The ICSSetup table is even simpler: If I create a new record in ICSSetup, it lets me add 1 row to the ICSBranchMapping table But I cannot add another row.Here is the DAC for the ICSBranchMapping table The records in the DB all look fine after adding the 1 row it will allow me to enter.The action button is a dummy. The code has been commented out to ensure it has nothing to do with the issue.I forgot to mention, I CAN update the exi

Mass deleting records from a custom Acumatica table

Before anyone panics, I am not planning on deleting ANYTHING from a core Acumatica table! :-)I’ve read this post but it involved deleting in a “one-time” fashion using export scenarios. I don’t think that is an option for my use case.My requirement to to create a SQL View that can pull data using a GI. Got that under control. The issue for me is that it is not possible (AFAIK) to create a View in SQL to pull the data and de-normalize it without using a loop in SQL, which is not allowed in a SQL View.My plan is to create a custom screen that can use C# in an Acumatica customization to process the data and store it in a custom SQL table. When a user uses the custom screen to pull data into the table, I want to delete EVERYTHING from that table that was put in there previously by that user. Otherwise this table will grow very large for no useful purpose.I know I can pull a record set and cycle through it and delete rows one at a time. Is there an option in Acumatica I have not found

Get Attribute Values from Attributes form to Custom Line Level Field

Hi, I have a requirement where the values entered in the Attributes form need to be pulled into a custom form I make. So, I basically need a way to have a custom line level drop-down list field which contains all the values that are previously entered in the Attributes form. Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

If I want to add new DB fields on this screen, which table they will be added I know its ScanHeader DACExtension but I am not able to find the respective table. I need to add details like on which day this shipment was scanned it was scanned by whom and data like that.

Error custom project in 2020R1 "Revision code cannot be empty" after migration

Hollo,I have a custom project that runs fine on the 2019R2 version. I updated to 2020R1 and I imported the custom project. I encountered this error : “The insertion of the record 'Billing address' generated at least one error. Please correct the errors. Error: 'Revision code' cannot be empty.” Best regards.

Customization Project Security Settings

I would like to set up a role that has access to be able to create workflows without having full Admin or Support permissions. I had thought the “Customizer” role would be sufficient, but when the user creates a project in Customization Projects, they are able to save it without issue. However, when they then click on the project they just created, they are unable to proceed. The following error message pops up: “acumatica-train:30003 saysYou have insufficient rights to access the object (ProjectBrowserMaint). Only by exporting the “Access Rights by Role” report am I able to find anything on Project Browser. It is the “Customization Project Browser” screen and only two Acumatica preset roles have delete status to it. They are the “Acumatica Support“ role and the “Administrator” role. I have verified this situation in the U100 SweetLife training data.I have searched using the Acumatica Navigation field for both Project Browser and Customization Project Browser and it yields zero records

Error: The item CustomerID is not found (restricted:False,external:True,value:xyz )

Hi Team,I have one processing screen, using which I am creating customer, then order using the created customer and then payment for the created order in the same process.There is an inconsistent error “The item CustomerID is not found (restricted:False,external:True,value:xyz)” is coming at the time of payment creation. The strange thing here is the Customer is there in the system and Order is also created using the same customer but at the time of payment creation getting this error and that too not the case with all the records. As, for some of the records the flow is working fine from customer creation to order to payment.Can anyone suggest something about the possible cause and resolution of this please. What is the proper way to refresh a grid in an action?

Long story short: I’ve created a graph extension of the CustomerMaint graph. The extension adds a button to the attributes tab that instantiates a custom graph which changes the value of one of the attributes. Upon completion, I want the attributes grid to refresh and show the updated value, however I’ve tried…Base.Answers.View.RequestRefresh();and Base.Answers.View.Clear();Base.Answers.View.RequestRefresh();… but the grid will not refresh.The logic successfully changes the value and clicking the refresh button on the grid shows me exactly what I want, but I don’t know how to call that Refresh in the code or trigger it in the ASPX. Any Ideas?

Assigning Action to a custom Button and UI layout issue

I ran into two issues while working on the UI of the form:I have created an Action but I can't seem to assign it to the new button that I've created. Display processing dialog with PXProcessButton

I have a custom processing screen:In order to get the non-intrusive validation to work I had to create my own PXProcessButton vs. using the built-in processing delegate. All is working, however, now that I have done this I don’t have a processing dialog, just a little green dot that shows everything processed. How can I show the processing dialog in this scenario? FYI, I used code in AR507000 (Calculate Overdue charges) as the example for hooking up a custom processing button and having my required fields validate in this way prior to processing. CacheAttached - override the override

I am attempting to override the DAC attribute of TXAvalaraCustomerUsageType with a custom derivative. It is working on DAC extensions, however, there are some existing graphs that are already overriding with CacheAttached and if I try to do my own graph extension, it is not applying my change. How to change default location of the customer through API

Hello Everyone, We are creating customer and customer locations in acumatica through REST API and these APIs are working fine. But many of the customers has default location as a MAIN in acumatica and we want to change this default lcoation to other through customer or customer location API. I have extended the customer end point and added “SET AS Default” Action to the API but this is not giving the correct result. We are not able to change the default location of the customer through API. What changes are required in customer or customer location API, to make the required location as default instead of MAIN. Can anyone suggest the solution or any work around for this.Thanks in advance.

BOM Cost Roll Automation

Two of our customers are using specific costs because of the highly variable cost of their materials. I’ve shown them how to do a cost roll but they receive materials on a daily basis and find the roll tedious.I tried to setup an automation schedule to do the roll and update pending but the automation screen will not accept the screen id.Is it possible to to automate this? If so, what are the basic steps to do this? If not, is there a reason it shouldn’t be? Is there a setting to make BOMS pick up last costs whenever a production order is created?I understand that the variance is important to see differences and track back what went wrong. Unfortunately the materials variance information becomes basically useless if frequent cost rolls are not done when using specific costs because, if I understand correctly, the production planned costs are based on the BOM while the actual costs are based on the last cost of the materials released.Please feel free to disabuse me of any mistakes in my
