I have tried different methods for this case. I could change the lookup using an attribute, but for manual entry and for the Prev/Next/Last buttons, it doesn’t work. When I write e.NewValue = null or e.Cancel, or throw some exception in FieldUpdating/FieldVerifying, in some cases it returns an error, but the record still gets displayed. I tried using a Current Document delegate to change and add restrictions and also wrote a restriction attribute, but these options didn’t work either.

Hello there,We can add side panels to Entry screens now, and that’s awesome!  However, I can’t figure out a way to add a side panel, that would be filtered according to the selection on the SO Line.  I have created a couple GIs, added them onto a Dashboard that uses InventoryCD as a parameter.  Now, I would like to be able to add this Dashboard as a side panel to Sales Orders screen, and filter data based on what line item is selected on the sales order.Any ideas?  Thank you!

I am trying to create a new project in VS on a 25R2 instance. (first time working in 25R2).I open the project and simply try to compile it.  I have not added anything to the project...just the default that was created.I get this error:Unable to find package Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces. No packages exist with this id in source(s): Microsoft Visual Studio Offline Packages, TestSDKI see that there was a similar error a couple of years ago, but it did not address my issue. From the above link, I tried removing Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces from my csproj file.  It compiles after doing that.  But then the site will not load.After killing the site, I can get it back up by upgrading the site only using the installation tool.Note that simply attempting to compile my project in VS, it kills the site.Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Extensions.Options.ConfigurationExtensions' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.

Has anyone else had problems with modern UI for Acumatica screens that are customized?  We have discovered that when you create extension modern UI files for a screen like the Vendor screen, they won’t work because Acumatica forgot to include export statements on the TS file for the screen so that they can be referenced by ISVs TS file to include custom fields onto the modern UI.Also, the extension modern UI files don’t seem to be able to loaded into a customization project...just the files that are for non-Acumatica screens.  So, at this point, we apparently have to manually copy our files into the extensions folder for each screen and then edit the Acumatica screen TS file manually for every customized Acumatica screen for each of our customers? WTH?

Could someone please help in providing a solution of moving the UDF from PO into AP Invoice?I am new to developing in acumatica. Hello,         I like Acumatica’s user defined fields feature, I can add fields without writing code.But these fileds are disabled when the shipment is completed, while I’d like to keep it being enabled.    Is there a way to do it?         I’ve found a similar question above, but as I checked, I can not find the “UDF” in automation steps. So I can not enable it.      Is there any other way to do it?

How do I enable locked fields, like we used to in Automation Steps? I’m seeing it’s under Customizations now, but I am not seeing a useful walkthrough on this. I want to unlock a date filed on the SO Header when a shipment is created.

I’ve been asked to provide an estimate for a new customization.  I’ve done several advance things in Acumatica but this one I’m wondering if a) is this possible? and/or b) should it even be attempted?They want to use Matrix Items with 8 attributes in a template.   They want to be able to add cost/labor to each attribute value and have the price calculated during entry and saved directly to AR prices when item is createdAdd custom fields to Attribute values: Use these values to calculate a price during matrix entry: This does not look like traditional graph extension with overrides.  I’ve tracked down some code PX.Objects\IN\Matrix\GraphExtensions\HeaderAndAttributesExt.cs which looks like where the fieldupdating event is being hooked up to each attribute value but I can’t see a way to sub-class or extend this abstract class.I guess I’m at the point where I just need to hear if this is a fools errand and/or if there is some other possible way to accomplish this.  Customer does not want/

I am currently configuring an automated invoice emailing process in Acumatica using Business Events + Email Notifications + Attached Reports.My setup is the following:Business Event Type: Trigger by Record Change Screen: AR Open Invoice (GI based) Trigger Condition: Old Status = Balanced New Status = Open Subscriber Type: Email Notification Attached Report: AR641000 - Invoice/Memo “Use Event as Data Source” is enabled Source Table = ARInvoiceThe Business Event and Email Notification are working correctly:The email is successfully sent The subject/body correctly resolves dynamic values such as: ((ARInvoice_refNbr)) ((ARInvoice_docType)) The Related Entity in Business Event history correctly shows the invoice reference number The AR641000 report displays correctly when manually run from the screenHowever, the issue is that the PDF attachment generated from the Email Notification is blank.The PDF structure/layout loads, but no invoice data appears inside the report.I already test that

Hello!I am attempting to add some conditional formatting on the SO Order Details grid where the SO Lines are viewable when looking at a Sales Order.I have implemented a customization on the SO Order Entry graph which calculates the mark up of each line amount over total average cost of the line, which then puts this number into a custom field on an SO Line DAC Extension.I want to highlight the SO Line rows in red where the the custom field(usrMarkupPct) is less than 0.1.Everything I am finding says to edit the ASPX file of the Sales Order screen but I am not sure that is the best way to do this.Does anyone have any experience with applying formatting conditionally to SO Lines?As always, any help will be greatly appreciated!!

If I want to add new DB fields on this screen, which table they will be added I know its ScanHeader DACExtension but I am not able to find the respective table. I need to add details like on which day this shipment was scanned it was scanned by whom and data like that. 

I added my ICCProcessingPlugin in the R2 instance that was working on the R1 instance. When I try to create a Processing center I am not seeing the plug in I created as an option (see screen shot) would anyone be able to advise?

When adding a new custom feature switch i get an error when changing another feature due to the null value in the new feature switch field. How can i prevent this?[PXDefault(false, PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] doesn’t help here!  

I’m trying to debug Acumatica 23r1 source code but am unable to get the symbol files to load so my breakpoints are hallowing and say “The Breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded for this document.” I’d like to figure out how to get the source code debugging to work. Also has anyone else been able to debug the Acumatica 23r1 source code?I was using Acumatica 22r2 and I was able to debug that just fine. I also installed Acumatica 21r2 and I could debug that without issues. I tried 2 different builds of 23r1, 100.0138 and 103.0013(making sure to check the box to install the debugging tools), but both had the same issue.I’ve tried clearing my symbol cache via Visual Studio and deleting the TemporaryAspFiles folder where the files seem to get put but I still get the same issue. I’ve also tried installing fresh instances of Acumatica and creating fresh customization projects but that has not worked either. I used hyper-v to create a windows 11 VM(my PC is windows 10

Hi All!I have been trying to figure out how to customize an existing screen to add a tab in the stock item that is the same set up as cross reference tab, but for customer forecasting. I also would need to be able to have a user input field so we can manually input/update/change the customers forecast for that part. Then we would be able to run a report of actual vs. forecast for each item by customer. Any help or input is greatly appreciated, and any other ideas as to how to accomplish this is welcomed as well. Hi, I have a requirement where the values entered in the Attributes form need to be pulled into a custom form I make. So, I basically need a way to have a custom line level drop-down list field which contains all the values that are previously entered in the Attributes form. Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

I am working in the Customization Project Editor.  I went in and added on the Customer Screen a new custom field usrDate_Of_Loss.  I think its BAccountExt.usr_Date_Of_Loss.  I added it to the customer. I also added a usrDateOfLoss to the invoice ARRegisterExt.usrDateOfLoss I believe is what it is called. I also added the Default code and the Formula attributes where the custom field is declared in the Customization Project Editor.  I am  adding it to the Attributes section,  I put in bold below:  [PXDBDate][PXUIField(DisplayName="Date Of Loss")][PXDefault(typeof(Search<BAccountExt.usrDate_Of_Loss ,             Where<Customer.CustomerID, Equal<Current<ARInvoice.CustomerID>>>>),             PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)][PXFormula(typeof(Default<ARInvoice.CustomerID>))] It is looking up I hope that custom field from Customer to put in the Invoice DateofLoss Field. The error on validation is: \App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_AR_ARRegister_extensions

Despite my attempts to control its visibility through both DAC extensions and the graph extension logic, the field does not display as expected under certain conditions. I'm looking for guidance on how to ensure visibility in a specific context while using a RowSelected event. Here's what I'm trying to achieve:Custom Field: I have a custom field, UsrAISIsSOWContent, added to the SOOrder DAC through the SOOrderExtension.
