Are you using Project Budget Forecasting (PM209600) or Cost Projections (PM305000)? If yes, are you getting the desired results? Do you wish you could do more?  If no, why not? Do you need additional functionality for your specific workflows? Could you use a short training session to get you started? 

Is there any way to customize Acumatica’s pages .cs code inside the customization projects or VS? For starter I would like to get rid eye hurting red color of Approvals screen.

I need help reversing a time and material invoice which has an incorrect date.   When I go to the ProForma invoice to do a correction, it is telling me “You cannot make corrections to the pro forma invoice because it has at least one time and material line”.  All lines are time and material.  How do I reverse this invoice, is there another way?  I have looked everywhere for an answer, please help. 

I posted a journal entry to a project ID and the resulting PMTRAN does NOT agree to the journal entry.The journal entry hit two accounts, but both lines were to the same ProjectID - only the CostCODEID were different.The journal entry, obviously, balanced but the resulting PMTRAN has two debits.I have no idea what I could have done to get Acumatica to do this.  I know I can post a PMTran to correct this but I’m concerned that this happened.  Up to this point I have not posted ANY PMTrans (accumatica has generated all of my PM activity) and I have been able to fully reconcile all of my GL activity to my PM activity.Does anyone have any suggestions?  

Hi, we just implemented the Payroll into our system and now when we run the invoice for customer it generated the labor hours from both time card (PM) and Payroll (PR). So the new formula come up but it has some issues that we don’t know why.Can some one give us a solution for it ?Thanks Our billing rule and the issue we had 

We may have 150 to 300 employees every month in construction.  On site workers may be on a project for 2 weeks or 6 months.  They may be off for 3 months or take vacations etc.Time Cards in Acumatica (I made an import scenario from their excel timesheets) forces every entry to the next week regardless of the week that is attempted to be entered.Does anyone know a way to ‘miss weeks’?  It’s ridiculous to track a large amount of people that may not have worked for 1 or 12 weeks and when they return we have to enter a pile of zero time cards to fill the blanks.

Looking for some best practices or trainings on how to use the projected cost to complete functionality in Acumatica? Looking to update the cost to complete on a monthly basis on each job and for it to flow to the WIP.  Thank you in advance for your help!!

Has anyone had challenges with the out of the box reports in Acumatica when they do a system update?I always used the “Employee Hours" Report in the Construction Module to keep track of the amount of labor in the jobs. This is just one example of a report that no longer works after Acumatica did an update.It now produces nothing: Another report that I copied, edited, and saved on my own no longer shows the cost in projects.Acumatica updates can be frustrating.

How to automatically update project current margin estimate that equals total revenue budget minus total cost budget divided by total revenue budget?

@Omar Ghazi  When will the Smartsheet Integration be upgraded for compatibility with 2023 R1?  The latest version available in GitHub for 2022 R2 fails validation on Build 23.103.0013.  I have a client that relies heavily on this integration and is planning their upgrade to 2023 R1.

We noticed that many of our vendors were not designated 1099 vendors in the year 2023.  If I desigante them NOW will it still show them on the reports for the 1099 tax year 2023?  I added someone so they would populate but they’re not showing up on our efile.  Help!

Hi, is there any thing that i can make through this screen? or this screen were mend to show the summary in details on access right ? I though this screen can set access right for screen in personal, am i right ? because when i click on revoke, it just pop out role assign to that user and inherited and computed access right status. only display, no setting involve ?

I’m trying to incorporate the amount paid into a progress report for the projects in the construction module. I have still not been able to figure out how to build the relationships correctly between the tables and have it happen.These are the current tables in the report:And these are the relationships that work so far:. This is what my report looks like, but the “Balance” Collumn is what I’m looking at. I want to show either the amount already paid, or the balance still owed off of current invoiced amount.Any suggestions?

Hello, our project config is as is for revenue :Configuration of the project When we convert a project quote into a project, the system renames all items(tasks in our case, by the configuration above ) in the Revenue Budget table with the word "Aggregated", so we lose the description of the task (which comes from the task tab). The task descriptions must therefore be copied from the Task tab and pasted into the Revenu budget tab manually. Can we fix this? Task Description Result : Task description is not here 

How is everyone handling retention billings with the Acumatica generated AIA billing form?  It is my understanding that if you have several periods of billing, you will get a separate billing form for each one. Is there a way to get one retention bill?

Hi there! Looking to see if anyone knows what this is.  I entered a reimbursement that the system isn’t happy with.  However, the paystub is now in limbo .. can’t release, can’t void, can’t edit.  I cannot release any subsequent paychecks.  Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,There is a way to filter things who appear in T&M Proforma.If by example we dont want to bill item ABC to the customer (and don’t want to appear on the invoice)?Could I manage this via Project/Cost budget? Billing rule? Configuration?Now I delete ABC rows manually.Thanks

I’m creating a business event that will notify our Payroll Department every time a job is marked certified, however I’m running into an issue getting the correct information in the “To” line of the email template. I created the GI with all the information that is needed, but there isn’t a field I can reference where the correct email address would pull from as it will always need to go to the same email address.I saw a video the other day where an extra column was added to the GI for the email address and set with a fixed result.  I’ve added this to my GI, but when I test, the email is not going through, and now I can’t find the video to troubleshoot. It would be great if I could just enter the email address itself into the “To” line, but from my understanding that is not possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
