Hello Friends We have an Acumatica 2021R1 instance with build 21.116 Using the Apply Updates screen, we are trying to upgrade it to 21.119 build.  Right after the upgrade process is completed, we are seeing this error messageCould not load file or assembly 'PX.Telemetry.Adapter, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Could you please assist if there is anything that I am missing here on the upgrade or if anything needs to be done before initiating the upgrade?   ThanksSaikumar C

Hello Team! Currently, we have a default email setup in the system.We are trying to see if it is possible to assign another system email for a specific transaction document type - while keeping the default email as is. For example, our default email is set to “sales@email.com”, and we would like to keep it as the default while being able to send AR Invoice using “rma@email.com” We would like to be able to use the “Email Activity” email functionality (See Diagram C ) to send the email, so we can review the email body and the documents being attached. When we were testing it, the Email Activity window still keeps on selecting the default email address.Is this possible to set up this way?  Please see screenshots below of our current config On the “Mail & Printing” tab of the customer profile, we have set the “rma” email for “Invoice” So far no template se

I need to create a new testing tenant and only want to copy over master files (i.e. vendors, customers, chart of accounts, inventory (stock and non-stock items) and settings for payables, receivables, and general ledger, and inventory. What is the best method to do this and what is the estimated investment in time to create this scenario? 

I am currently configuring an Email Account with Office 365 OAuth.I also configure an Api on Azure, create an External application to authenticate the email account.When I Sign in there is no problem, but when I run the Test this is the error that keeps showing.IMAP and POP are also enabledAPI Permisssion is selected  What else can be?

I cannot find anywhere how to set the default shipping carrier that is chosen on the Sales Order screen under the Shipping Settings tab under ‘Ship Via’ and also on the Shipment screen at the same place.We have implemented the FedEx carrier plugin, but not the UPS one.  UPS Ground is on the Ship Via Codes, but there is no place to select the default.  We have 6 FedEx Ship via Codes, from the plugin, and one UPS and UPS is defaulting on every document. Thanks, and this would be a good thing to include in the documentation on setting up carriers.

How do I restrict access for users to only one of the two companies/branches?

Is there a way to connect a single scale, maybe two or three in time, to Devicehub without having to purchase "Automated Warehouse Operations"? It seems kind of silly that we can’t even connect one.Will we ever purchase "Automated Warehouse Operations"? Likely in time but we have a long way to go before getting into the Manufacturing and Warehousing aspects of Acumatica and we’d like to be utilizing this in Shipping now.Is there a compromise or work around anyone’s thought of that works? Thanks ;-)

Does anyone know if you use alpha numeric masking?I am trying to add a text attribute masking to restrict the number of character, but it needs to allow alpha numeric entry. Is there a guide somewhere that explains how the masking expressions work?

Hi all,I want to change the Control Type in one of my attributes.  However, it is grayed out, meaning I cannot make the change.  I think it’s active in one of the many workspaces I’ve been working in.  I’ve gone through all I can, no luck.  Any/all guidance will be appreciated.Thanks in advance. 

We are a manufacturing company and deal with a lot of numbers! Actually, we all do in business!  Zero’s and alignment issues cause a great amount of strain on the end-user..headaches a lot of them don’t realize they can fix with a monospace font! I’ve changed the ‘Editor Font’ settings under Site Preferences, both on Acumatica hosted and a site our Partner hosts for us, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.  Luckily Acumatica seems to include most Windows default fonts, which have a few monospace fonts, but how do we get them to display?  They would be particularly useful on the default Generic Inquiry Entry Screens with tables of numbers and letters.  Also, it seems in order to get custom fonts on Reports, the font must already be on the server?  Things like Shipment Number SHI01125 are ripe for confusion with Arial.  Luckily the default font choices do work on the Reports. The site is making this request (on both sites respectively):

I am trying to follow the guide for adding a filetype of .pfx for use with SFTP.I am able to view the screen 20.25.50, and can create a new line, but when I go to save, it refreshes and removes the new .pfx line. I do not get any errors or other pop ups; I’m at a loss! Has anyone seen this issue?

When I create a Approval Map for Purchase Orders, click on ADD STEP, the Reason Settings disappear from the Rule Action Tab. How can I have a Reason for Approval & Reason for Rejection on the Purchase Approval Map?

We encountered this error in our staging Environment.We have multiple staging sites on the server. Lets say we have Stage.myCompany.com, which points to DB1 And Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 points to DB2Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 works, but Stage.MyCompany.Com gets the “Database could not be accessed” error.They all use the same App Pool, and all have no issues except for the main staging site.We know it is not a database issue because if we use switch Stage.MyCompany.Com/Stage2 to use DB1,  it works.   And if we switch Stage.MyCompany.Com to use DB2, it still shows the  “Database could not be accessed” error.We are using version 2021R1 Version 21.103.0054Is there way where we can trace what is causing the error? TIA Mark 

This is my least preferred method of communicating but Acumatica’s support team has time and time again shown that they will listen to our valid concerns and then take absolutely no action. We are in year 3 of a nightmare implementation. Our reseller completely botched discovery and sold us an initial product that did not meet our needs. We have since added modules and customized and are now stuck in July with no financials for calendar year 2022. Our reseller has failed and despite recent positive efforts from a new analyst we seem to be nowhere closer….We don’t even have a functioning CRM module, nor do our executives have dashboards and KPI reports. The most communication we get from Acumatica is about paying for the license. We estimate to have lost 100k+ in unbillable work orders due to a poor migration and lack of transparent processes. Does anyone have a line to someone that cares? We are too committed to start over, not to mention I will have a staff mutiny on

Hi Team, I have some query on how to set the base currency in a tenant.Case 1 - We have a company in the United states, India, Europe. All have their own company currency i.e., Base currency - USD,INR,EUR. If I set the Company Currency for United states, the base currency is taken as USD. If I tried to create another company for India the same USD base currency field was freezed and automatically taking USD. As per the Document, base currency once set in the system will be applicable for all the companies in a tenant. In order to have multi base currency, then we should able the multi base currency option from Enable/Disable features. When we trying to enable it, system ask us to disable some features like Contract management, Payroll, Time management etc. But we do have payroll and time management in our business.Case 2 - In the above three companies, how we can perform the consolidation. I am trying to modify AP Balance by Vendor, however, after saving/uploading to the server, it does not reflect on the generated report. no error’s shown.

The size of the database is over 25GB, and the versions of Acumatica and the database match.    I created a folder under the Acumatica installation directory, assuming it is located at C:\Program Files\Acumatica\Database\Data\NewFolder. I extracted the contents of the exported snapshot's .zip file into the newly created folder. After that, I run the Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard. During the Tenant Setup step, I selected the option with the name of the folder (NewFolder) that I had created. Good day,One user has contact me that he can log on to the website but not on the mobile app.  I changed the password but he still getting the “server unavailable”  Is this a security issue?  He has been able to login the past.  I am able to login to the APP. Any ideas on how to fix the issue.Thank you. 

Newbie here…. When managing tenants, the training material says to make sure all users are logged out.  However, does this apply to situations like creating a new Tenant and using existing backups,  I would not be managing any tenants where users are logged in.  I would be creating a new one and using an existing backup.   Hope this makes sense. Shawn

Hi All,We want to extend a Business Account to a Vendor using an Acumatica Webservice endpoint. In the past we were successful in making a POST request to extend Business Account to a Customer using ‘ConvertBusinessAccountToCustomer’.
