Support Cases Owner


is it possible to assign the owner of a case to "contact only” where the contact is not an employee?

Hi @nurul74 In the Cases screen, the Owner DAC field is decorated with the OwnerID attribute.

This Owner is extended from the Contact table and this field will show only the Contacts.

To display the Employees, it seems you can have a customization field

 

 

Hi @Naveen Boga, we dont want to use "employee" as an "owner". We wanted to use "contact" as an "owner".

At the moment we can already use employee as the owner in the cases without further customization. Any idea or steps?
