We are excited to announce the availability of the Help Portal for Acumatica ERP 2022 R1. Along with this news, we want to share the most recent changes we have made to the Help Portal to improve the user experience with the site.
Starting today, the Help Portal (help.acumatica.com) provides ERP and SDK documentation for the latest version only, which is currently 2022 R1. (See the following screenshot.) This change will help users easily find the needed information about the most recent version of the product.
However, users can still access the documentation for earlier versions of Acumatica ERP by clicking https://help-archive.acumatica.com/ to go to the Archived Help Documentation page. From this page, shown in the following screenshot, users can go to any supported version of the Help.
Users can also access the archived help documentation from the site menu in the Help Portal and Acumatica Community. To find it, click Support > Archived Product Documentation (as shown below).
Help Portal users can easily access the links to different Acumatica resources by using the site menu (shown in the following screenshot), which users could previously see in the Acumatica Portal and Acumatica Community.
In the Help Portal, users can still download the latest version of any individual help guide as a PDF file. To do this, they click Download PDF Guides on the site menu and then select the needed guide, as shown below.
Users can also download PDF files of the guides from earlier versions of Acumatica ERP on https://help-archive.acumatica.com/. (See the following screenshot.)
